🔥 The Pulse Positions according to the 5 Elements acupuncture theory. There are many different TCM classics opinion when it come to pulse positions!
This one is mostly used by those who practice 5 Elements Acupuncture. The pulse positions follow the generating sequence of the 5 elements theory! So cool! 😍

💙 The eyes reflect the essence of the organs & the mind (Shen) in TCM. 👀
Dull-clouded eyes: mind & essence are disturbed or weak.
- Red inner corner: HT Fire
- Red sclera: LU Heat
- Swollen upper lid: damp in SP
- Yellow sclera: damp-heat
- Whole eye red, painful, swollen: LV fire or wind-heat
- Pale dull sclera: blood def.
- Swelling or black circle under eye: KD def.

This is a good point for the memory recall problems.

Apply firm pressure at this point and pressure should be firm enough so that it hurts a little.

If you feel extreme sensitivity or pain, gradually decrease the pressure until you find a balance between pain and pleasure. Do not continue to press a point that is intensely painful.
