To all the courageous paramedics, whether you're just starting your journey in this noble profession or have years of experience; to individuals of all faiths and backgrounds who selflessly dedicate themselves to saving lives; to those who carry on their family's legacy and to those who have chosen to make Israel their home in order to help others; to those who have witnessed the miracle of birth countless times and to those experiencing the joy and nervousness of it for the first time; to those who have served in conflict zones and those who have put their bodies on the line to protect others; to those who have used their skills and compassion to revive the injured and reunite them with their loved ones; to those who have mended broken hearts and made them whole again.
To the unnamed paramedics (you are true heroes!) and to all those who work tirelessly to raise awareness; to the airborne and maritime rescue teams, the motorcycle paramedics, the blood service volunteers, the educators, and the new recruits - I want to express my deepest gratitude to you for choosing a vocation dedicated to saving lives.
