Aliyah Yoga עליה התחילה ללמד יוגה לפני כ-14 שנים לאחר שהוסמכה על ידי Yoga Vihar Foundation בהודו. היא לימדה בארצות הברית, בהוואי, בצרפת ובישראל. Listen to your body.

Aliyah Sadehu is a certified yoga instructor, currently living and teaching on the island of Kauai. She did her teacher training studies in 2010 in Rishikesh (India), the birth place of yoga and have been leading group and private lessons in various countries around the world. Aliyah was born and raised in Israel till the age of fifteen when her family relocated to Hawaii where she developed a st

rong love and appreciation of nature, healing, and the arts. Yoga has been a favorable practice from an early age and later in her life she decided to become a yoga instructor and learn the different styles and phylosophy. She traveled to India and took her teacher training course in Rishikesh by the foothils of the Himalaya where yoga was born. Her wonderful dedicated teacher had helped her understand the true meaning of the Yoga (Union) philosophy beyond it's physical aspects. Later she developed a style of her own through careful observation, trust, and dedication. "I let my body be my teacher and guide me through every move I made. I believe it contains all the information we need in order to reach our healthiest state. Be aware and faithful to its meeds."
