✨ Refreshing, nutritious, and packed with antioxidants, this cold-pressed juice is perfect for boosting your energy and nourishing your body!

🍊 Ingredients:

2 large oranges (peeled)
1 grapefruit (peeled)
1 lemon (peeled)
1/2 cup strawberries (hulled)
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 pineapple (peeled and chopped)
A handful of fresh mint leaves (optional)
1-2 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional)
1/2 cup cold water or coconut water (optional, for a thinner juice)
🍹 Instructions:
1️⃣ Peel the citrus fruits and chop the pineapple into chunks.
2️⃣ Juice the citrus fruits first, then add the berries, pineapple, and mint to your cold press juicer.

Craving a good cocktail?

Here's a recipe that can be easily prepared using our GEM Juicer !

Hand-Pressed Orange & Pomegranate Rum Punch 🍹🍸

**Ingredients:

-2 oz white rum (or spiced rum if you prefer a richer flavor)🍾

-1 oz freshly squeezed orange juice (freshly squeesed with GEM Juicer )🍊

-1 oz freshly squeezed pomegranate juice (freshly squeesed with GEM JuicerGEM Juicer)

-1/2 oz lime juice (freshly squeezed)🍋

-1/2 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)🍯

-1 dash of Angostura bitters (optional, for a touch of complexity)

-Ice🧊🧊

Garnish:

Orange wheel or pomegranate seeds
Fresh mint leaves (optional)🍃

**Instructions:

1)Juice the fruits:

-Using your hand press GEM Juicer, squeeze the juice from one orange to get about 1 oz of fresh orange juice.

-Squeeze the juice from half of a pomegranate (or about 1/2 cup of arils) to yield 1 oz of fresh pomegranate juice. (you can cut the pomegranate in half, then press each half in the juicer.)

2)Prepare the cocktail:

-In a cocktail shaker, combine the white rum, freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly squeezed pomegranate juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.

3)Shake and chill:

Add ice to the shaker, then shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until well chilled.

4)Strain and serve:

Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

5)Garnish:

Garnish with a wheel of orange or a few pomegranate seeds for a colorful and festive touch. You can also add a sprig of mint for added aroma.

**Tips:
-For a more intense pomegranate flavor, you can use pomegranate molasses or grenadine as an alternative to simple syrup.

-To make your own simple syrup, combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan, heat until the sugar dissolves, then cool before using.
