segment of the eye and refractive surgery, and also a specialist in pediatric ophthalmology,
strabismus and nystagmus. Dr. Nasser treats and operates on corneal diseases and performs corneal transplants of
different types (PKP, DMEK, DSEK), cataract surgery, complex cataract surgeries, scleral
lens fixation, refractive surgery (LASIK, PRK, TRANS-PRK, LASEK), premium lens
transplantation, iris repairs, and eye trauma. Dr. Nasser treats and operates on pediatric eye conditions. He also operates on and treats
adult and pediatric strabismus and nystagmus cases. Moreover, Dr. Nasser treats and
operates on cataracts in children, glaucoma in children, hereditary eye diseases and
traumatic eye injuries in children. Dr. Nasser is an active member of national and international scientific organizations such as
the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO), the Cornea Society, the American
Society for Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS), the International Society of
Refractive Surgery (ISRS), the American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology and
Strabismus (AAPOS), the World Society of Paediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus
(WSPOS), the International Council of Ophthalmology (ICO), Israel Ophthalmology
Society (IOS) and other organizations. Dr. Nasser is active academically and has a number of studies and publications. He also
attends many global and national ophthalmology conferences during which he gives lectures
and presents his research work. In addition, Dr. Nasser is a reviewer in scientific journals
such as the Cornea journal, Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus (JPOS) journal, and
more.

ما هي علاجات الكيراتوكونوس (القرنية المخروطية). الدكتور عروة ناصر يشرح طرق علاج مرض القرنية المخروطية (الكيراتوكونوس)، ويُعدّ تثبيت القرنية من أهم هذه العلاجات. كما تشمل الخيارات العلاجية الأخرى ملاءمة العدسات اللاصقة أو استخدام النظارات الطبية، وفي بعض الحالات زراعة عدسة داخل العين. أما في المراحل المتقدمة جدًا من المرض، فقد يكون الحل العلاجي هو زراعة القرنية.
