Sometimes they are the way our inner world expresses what is happening inside – emotions, overload, a need for calm, or a desire for support and balance.
There is a simple color selection test that offers a gentle glimpse into our inner world.
Based on the colors we choose, we can better understand what our body and mind are asking for right now – more calm, more security, more joy, or a deeper connection with ourselves.
