For Iyengar yoga practitioners; every day is a horse day!

The yoga trestle, more commonly known as the horse, is a versatile yoga prop. The horse is a unique wooden prop with deep roots in traditional Iyengar yoga. This unique prop developed by BKS Iyengar is a powerful tool to support alignment, deepen postures, and make challenging asanas more accessible.

We will be highlighting different ways to use the horse throughout the year.

We hope this will inspire you to try using this wonderful prop in our studio.
