היום "יום הילדות והנשים בספורט". לשואלים מדוע צריך יום כזה, אומר שאכן התקדמנו רבות לקראת שיוויון בספורט, אך עדין ישנם פערים.
מקצועות כמו מרתון, קפיצה במוט, קפיצה משולשת לא היו נחלת הנשים עד לעשורים האחרונים. טניס נשים קיבל הכרה כספורט מקצועני בזכות נשים לוחמות כגון בילי ג'ין קינג וסרינה וויליאמס.
ולצערי, עדין נותרו פערים לא מבוטלים: מאמנות נשים דרושות לרוב!! ספורט קבוצתי נשי דורש עידוד וחשיפה. דימוי גוף נשי שרירי כמודל יופי ובריאות, חשיפה במדיה ושידור ספורט נשים.
מחקרים מראים שנשים ספורטאיות הן נשים שלומדות להוביל ואין ספק שזה מצרך מבוקש בשינוי סגנון הניהול וההנהגה של עולמנו, כך שנמשיך לציין את יום הנשים בספורט עד שננצח 💟

תחילת שנה אזרחית היא תזכורת טובה לחשיבות של בניית והצבת מטרות בספורט. לעוסקים בספורט תחרותי זה כמעט ברור מאליו, אך מעבר למטרות תוצאה (כמו לשבור את השיא שלי בריצת 100 מטר), ישנן מטרות חשובות לא פחות.
אני אוהבת שהספורטאיות שלי נותנות לעצמן גם מטרות של תהליך ומטרות ביצוע שתלויות בהן.
כדי שהמטרות יהיו מדידות ומשמעותיות, כדאי להיצמד למודל SMART שהוא דרך טובה לזכור כיצד להציב מטרות אפקטיביות: Specific, Measurable, Achievble, Relevant, Timed - מטרות ספציפיות, מדידות, ברות השגה (אך מאתגרות), רלוונטיות (עד כמה זה יקדם אותי למטרה) ותחומה בזמן. בהצלחה !
