Brain Tonic number one : Ginkgo leaf 🏆
My Herbology teacher Mina Faran would state over and over just how important this herb is especially for anyone over 40.
Who doesn't need a little clarity? I do !!
I couldn't believe my eyes when I spotted these leaves.. They cannot be mistaken for anything other than Ginkgo Biloba ! They look like these mini fancy hand fans.
This much is certain- I am a fan already :)
Fun fact: These are the only plants that seem to have survived nuclear bombs. Where everything else went kapoot. These trees can be planted in the most polluted zones, where everything else seems to wither- the Ginkgo thrives.
One more fun fact : Ginkgo is known as a longevity herb. I like to call it the Life Elixir Herb .
