๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ Legs-on-the-Chair Pose โ€“ A Soothing Reset
This deeply relaxing position can help release pressure from your lower back, pelvic area, legs, and feet:

โœจ Lie on your back on a firm, padded surface (like a yoga mat with a blanket).
โœจ Place your lower legs and feet on a well-padded chair, making sure your knees are bent.
๐Ÿ‘‰ As your belly grows, you may need to adjust and widen the angle between your thighs and your torsoโ€”experiment until it feels good.
โœจ Try a pillow under your lower back or hips to gently shift your pelvic tilt.

1. Embrace the Fetal Position
Curling up on your side with your knees drawn toward your chest can relax abdominal muscles and reduce cramping. Placing a pillow between your legs may further alleviate pressure.
2. Apply Gentle Heat
Using a heating pad or hot water bottle on your lower abdomen or back can soothe muscle tension and provide relief. Some find lying on an electric heating blanket beneficial as well.
3. Create a Calming Atmosphere
