I talk alot about changing mindset and language and challenging accepted narratives around menopause, women's health and aging.
This is a BIG piece of what I do as a menopause educator and coach and the focus of my Podcast.
The current narrative doesn't serve women, is fear based, and isn't empowering.

But I also have a whole protocol that I use in my coaching work with women to get them to FEEL different by healing their hormones and becoming symptom free.

The theory of changing language and conversation isn't enough if it's not backed up by practical strategies and a deep understanding of what is really going on in your body.

So here are the 5 steps of the protocol that I implement as part of my coaching work with women.

✅ Identify the source of your imbalance and symptoms using my 5 Pillars (stress, nutrition, movement, sleep and connection).
✅ Remove and replace the triggers and behaviours that are keeping you disregulated and symptomatic.
✅ Repair and Heal key systems in the body that are being impacted by hormonal fluctuation and may be exaccerbating imbalance - for example gut, adrenals, thryoid, liver.
✅ Restore and replenish your whole body with clear, easy to implement, personalised action steps.
✅ Create long-term health by supporting the body with clarity, accountability, personalisation and connection.

Embracing and celebrating midlife living doesn't have to be complicated - but it does have to be holistic!

If this resonates with you and you are interested in working with me please send me a DM and I'll share details of my coaching work 🩷

This is what I know to be true about Menopause.
It is being sold as a reproductive experience.
Reproductive hormones decline, your periods stop, you stop being able to get pregnant. Your reproductive system shuts down.
BUT THAT IS NOT THE WHOLE STORY.

The truth about menopause is that it is a whole body experience.
Yes, hormones fluctuate and set up shop at new lower levels relevant for this new stage of life.

But really your whole body is changing!
Because your reproductive hormones are not ONLY managing your reproductive cycle.
They are managing LOTS of jobs in your body!
Which is why menopause impacts us mind, body and soul!

It's also the reason we need to look at what is happening in our whole body - in the critial systems like the gut, thyroid, adrenals and liver.
Because they are ALL impacted by our hormonal changes during this stage of life.

For example it's not enough just to say "I have symptoms, I should probably run to get my eostrogen patch" if you haven't checked what's happening with your liver!

That's because if your liver is not detoxing your excess eostrogen and removing it from your body, then adding EXTRA eostrogen is not going to help!!!

As an integrative menopause eduator and coach, I want my clients to understand the whole body experience of menopause.
I want them to know that navigating this stage of life means looking at health and wellness from all angles, and also means looking at how we implement easy, simple strategies today to support ourselves as we age.

That may or may not include HRT as part of the program, but it involves a lot of other things too!

If you want to enjoy your menopause by healing your hormones and being symptoms free, AND set youself up for a fabulous post menopause then drop me a DM and I'll share details of my coaching work.

What's the biggest myth (or b*llsh*it) you've heard about menopause?
For me it's that menopause = symptoms!

Ever single conversation about menopause from the "BIG NAMES" - those people with big platforms and loud voices who call themselves menopause experts is focused around symptoms.

I wish they could reframe it.
This is what I would tell them.....

Menopause is a transitional time.
Lots is changing.
It's an empowering time.
When your body is calling you to pay attention and listen.
For some women that can include symptoms that may impact their daily lives.
But for everyone that experiences menopause it is an opportunity to step up and step into a new you.

As a menopause educator and coach, I like to focus on how I support my clients and and changing their Menopause experience.

But sometimes clients want to know what my experiences are, do I really “get” what they’re going through, can I really help them!

So today, I’m sharing some personal stuff about my own menopause journey.

✅ I am 51 and in perimenopause.
✅ I have been blessed to not suffer with too many classic symptoms - that’s because I know the tips and tricks to support my physical, emotional and mental health 😊…. The exact same strategies that I teach to my clients, so that they can become symtpom-free!
✅ I absolutely have brain fog moments, feel overwhelmed by the realities of midlife living, and have to stay consistent with my supportive practices (not always easy!!)
✅ Even if I don’t experience classic menopause symptoms, being a midlife woman who is running her own busy, showing up for her family and finding time for her own needs is challenging. The juggle is real, and everyone has to find their coping strategies. Accountability and support to navigate this is essential!
✅ A hard life lesson that I am learning and talk about a lot with my clients is knowing what to say yes to and what to say no to. Establishing clear boundaries that serve you at this new stage of life rather than being available for everyone all the time.
✅ But the most important thing that I have learnt through my Menopause work is that this is not the end game.
Peri menopause and menopause, however it shows up for you, is the necessary journey that every woman has to take to reach the main event, which is Post Menopause!!

I don’t feel that at 51 I am at the end of my career, about to become a shriveled old hag, or have no relevance anymore.

I see women today in their 60s, 70s and 80s achieving the most amazing things. Growing careers, having new life experiences, setting themselves up for adventure and excitement. Women who have the confidence to make decisions and choices that treat them without having to worry about the small nuances.

I will be honest, life today is a really busy juggle of personal and professional responsibilities.

🩷But I know there is so much good stuff waiting around the corner.
We have to talk about this more, prepare for living 30 or 40 years in post menopause and to maximize those years!!

Want to know more about my coaching working and how I can support you?
Drop me a DM and I’d love to share some details. 🌼

In 2026, you cannot support high-performing women without understanding menopause.

Especially when the women you work with are leaders, executives, founders, women who have built their careers on clarity, stamina, and decisiveness.

“Emma” is an executive coach.
She works with high-powered women in leadership roles.
Women who have been at the top of their game for decades, who have climbed the corporate ladder and are proud of what they have achieved.

Her clients are intelligent, driven, articulate — and suddenly… struggling.

They come to her saying:
“I feel foggy.”
“I can’t think as quickly in meetings.”
“I’m exhausted by the constant performance.”
“I’m questioning whether I can keep doing this.”
"I'm owrried my boss is going to catch on that I am letting things slide"

Emma did what she was trained to do.
She explored mindset.
She worked on confidence.
She looked at boundaries, burnout, purpose, and next steps.

But something didn’t add up.
These women weren’t lacking motivation.
They weren’t unskilled.
They weren’t having a crisis of competence.
They were in peri-menopause and menopause — and no one had ever named it.

Emma herself is 51.
She came to me initially because she recognised similar changes in herself — mental fatigue, reduced resilience, a constant sense of having to push.
And that’s when it clicked.

The very women she was coaching were being asked to perform at levels their bodies could no longer sustain without any understanding what had changed!

She said to me during the Menopause-Informed Training Program:
“I was helping them plan their next professional chapter without understanding the biology that was shaping their capacity and changing what they really wanted.”

That insight changed everything.

Today, Emma integrates a menopause-informed approach into her executive coaching.
Her clients no longer feel like they’re failing.
They stop questioning their intelligence or leadership ability.
They make decisions from clarity, not exhaustion, from having clear boundaries, from understanding how they can support themselves physically, emotionally and cognitively to show up as their best self.

Being Menopause Informed is not just a "nice to have".
It is essential if you are working with women 40+!

In 2026, menopause awareness is not a “nice to have.”
It’s foundational.
Menopause is not just HOT TOPIC because of all the meno-products out there.
It's because women are finally talking about their experiences!

If you are a therapist or coach, you may be hearing things from your midlife clients like:
“I feel disconnected from myself.”
“My body feels like it's betraying me.”
“I never used to behave like this, I have no patience and I feel so overwhelmed.”

“Laura” is a somatic coach and EFT practitioner.
She’s deeply intuitive.
She works with the body.
She understands emotional regulation and embodiment.

She has supported hundreds of women through burnout, stress, overwhelm and life transitions.
But menopause was never part of her language.

Laura is 52.
She came to me because she felt confused by her own experience.
Her emotions felt louder.
Her tolerance for stress had dropped.
Her body felt unfamiliar.
She knew about neverous system regulation but something felt off and realised she needed more support.

But what shocked her most was what she realised next.
Her hormonal fluctions because of peri-menopause was changing how she felt not just physcially but emotionally too.

She realised that menopause had been playing a role in her client work for years, she hadn’t seen it.

Clients who couldn’t “drop into the body” anymore.
Clients whose EFT sessions felt overwhelming instead of regulating.
Clients who felt frustrated with themselves for not responding the way they used to.

Laura said something that stayed with me:
“I thought I was failing my clients. Now I see their bodies were asking for something different.”

Menopause had changed the way their nervous systems processed stress and no one had told her that mattered.

Since completing the Menopause Informed Training Program, Laura has seen thing drammatically change for her clients.
She is asking different questions and listening to the answers in a different way.
And just using a menopause informed language changes the way her client engage with her protocol.

This is not about throwing out your previous trainings, protocol or starting from scratch.
This is about adding another layer to the important work you are already doing!

In 2026 you can't afford to NOT be menopause informed.
Especially if you are supporting the women who are actually going through peri-menopause and menopause, but you AND them don't realise it.

"Mandy" is a relationship coach, skilled and trained in supporting women and couples going through a difficult time.
She has her protocol and framework, tools that she learnt in her certification.
She also trained as a life coach as she realised there were skills she was missing when talking to couples who were considering divorce.

Over the years, she added to her skill set by training in EFT-Tapping and IFS.
But at no point did she ever think she needed to be menopause informed.

Mandy herself is now 55.
She originally came to me because she realised she needed help to navigate her own menopause experience and get her symptoms under control.
But when we worked together, she had another major a-ha moment........
Menopause was showing up for her clients without her even realising.

It was part of the explanation of what was causing friction between the couples she was seeing, but she (and her clients) were totally unaware.

She had NEVER thought to ask her female clients about how menopausal symptoms like low libido, vaginal dryness or even weight gain and feeling uncomfortable in her body could be playing a role.

Mandy said something to me whilst she was in the Menopause Informed Training Program that I knew to be true.....
"I think I could have prevented many of my clients ending up divorced, if only I would have asked the right questions and reframed what they were going through from a menopause approach."

WOW!!!!
She left bad about the signs that she had missed.
She left bad about the clients she had under-served.
She knows that for some divorce is the right next step, but not all!

Today, Mandy is integrating a menopause informed approach with all of her existing tools and modalities - and she is seeing amazing results with her clients.

📢 The next cohort for the 10 week Menopause Informed Training Program starts on Tuesday 20th January (NEXT WEEK).
🔥 I am offering the early bird discount price of $1,000 for ONLY ANOTHER 48 HOUR!!
After that the price increases to $1,500.

I know you need this training.
I know it will transform the way you show up for your clients.

I can’t tell you how many doctors I have been to and none of them gave me the answers and information I needed like you did.”

This is what a client said to me recently.
And on the one hand I want to jump up and down with joy that my client is getting what she need from me.
That after working with me, women come away with clarity, practical next steps and and feeling more empowered and knowledgable.

But on the other hand I want to cry for every woman who is not getting answers from their doctor.

For every woman who schedules appointments, unnecessary tests, tries to see the best specialist, waits worried and scared as to what their doctors are going to tell them is wrong with them……
Only to be told, everything looks normal or to be sent for more tests and bloodwork, and to the be told, after more stress and anxiety, that everything looks normal!

Here's the problem - even though things ARE changing, in 2026 women are still not getting clear answers from their doctors about how to navigate menopause.

Either they are being handed HRT, without blood working being done, which may or may not help their symptoms.
*** I can't tell you how many women I hear from who say their HRT hasn't made much difference to how they feel!!!!

Or, their doctors give them the run around...... It's peri-menopause, but not too much to do about it, or do blood work and are told they are in menopause when they are clearly not - because they are still bleeding.
YES this actually happened to one of my clients.

Many women are finding they are more informed than their doctors and need someone who actually knows what they are talking about to talk things through.

I am not just passionate about the work I do.
I know I am changing lives because so many women don't know who to turn to!

Because with the growth in the menopause conversation there is actually more confusion about what to do and how to navigate these years.

I am the person that women turn to, to make sense of it all!
DM me for more details about how I can support you navigate your menopause years with ease, joy and confidence!

12/01/2026

This is what I know to be true.
Menopause is being sold as a reproductive story.
Your reproductive hormones decline, your reproductive organs (ovaries) shut down, your periods stop and you stop being fertile and being able to have babies.

If this was all there was to menopause why do women experience it as a whole body physical, emotional, cognitive experience??

How do we explain the deep profound journey of changing identity, changing needs, setting up boundaries, reassessing what you want?

This is NOT a mid-life crisis!
This is not something that just happens to coincide with your menopause.
IT IS Menopause!

Because menopause is not just about our reproductive system.
Our reproductive hormones (eostrogen, progesterone, testosterone, FSH and LH) have many roles in our body - NOT just related to our menstral cycle or fertility.
They regulate a ton of different things, there are receptors for these hormones ALL over our body.
They are part of our larger endocrine system and interact with many other hormones like cortisol, insulin, thyroid hormones, melatonin and seratonin.

That's why women experience their menopause journey in so many different ways.
That's why it affects the way you think, the way you see the world, your desires and wants, your body's response to things that never were a problem before.

Once we understand this, we can start talking about women's REAL menopause experience.

🎯Calling all Therapists and Coaches who work with women 40+ - this is for YOU.

By the time a woman reaches your therapy room, coaching session or clinic in midlife, menopause is already in the room too.

Even if no one has named it, it is showing up for her, impacting her.
If you don’t know how to recognise its influence, if you misread the moment, if you pretend that it's not an issue - the work will feel heavier than it needs to.

⭐️Tonight’s Menopause-Informed Masterclass is about seeing what’s been hiding in plain sight.

A few years ago, menopause wasn’t something we spoke about openly.
Now it’s everywhere.
In media, workplaces, policies, products.

And yet… many women are still struggling to access informed, consistent support.

I’ve been reflecting on what’s changed, and what hasn’t, and where we actually go from here.

If you’re in this season of life, what do you feel is still missing from the conversation?
