On one hand, it’s a relief that menopause is finally being recognised. We have more conversations, more support, and more products than ever before. And that’s progress.
The flip side?
The menopause industry is set to hit $24.4 billion by 2030.
From “hot-flush pyjamas” to “menopause supportive chocolate” to shelves of supplements, midlife women are now a demographic to be marketed to.
The question is: are we being served—or sold to?
In my blog, I dig into the booming business of menopause. I explore the good (awareness, options, support) and the not-so-good (meno-washing, ineffective supplements, misleading marketing) and offer practical guidance on how to navigate the noise with confidence.
Because menopause isn’t a money-making opportunity.
It’s a life stage that deserves respect, honesty, and real solutions.
