Hey, busy moms, this one’s for you:

“Balance isn’t better time management, but better boundary management.” — Betsy Jacobson.

Want some tips that ACTUALLY help you to create more balance in your life?
🛑 Say “no” more often: Protect your energy by only committing to what truly matters. It’s not selfish… and it’s 100% necessary.
📅 Schedule downtime: If rest isn’t on your calendar, you’ll skip it. Treat your self-care time as seriously as any other appointment.
🙅‍♂️ Drop the guilt: None of us can “do it all.” Letting go of the pressure to be perfect can be a huge relief.

For me, finding balance meant setting a non-negotiable morning workout rule so I could do what helped me relieve stress first thing in the morning before everything else got in the way. It was reallllly hard at first, but my mental health and energy levels have thanked me ever since.

So, what boundary could you set TODAY to feel more balanced in your own life? Let me know below!

Ever feel like getting healthy has turned into a full-time job? 🙋‍♀️

I’ve been there. But here’s the truth:

Lasting results don’t come from doing more — they come from simplifying and making a few KEY habits part of your everyday routine.

Here’s how to make that happen:

1️⃣ Anchor Habits. Take a habit you want to build and tie it to one you already do without thinking. Example: after brushing your teeth, spend 2 mins doing deep breathing or mobility exercises. Now brushing your teeth becomes a reminder for the new habit!

2️⃣ One Meal, Double Protein. When you’re prepping a meal, cook TWICE the amount of protein. Use it for today’s lunch and tomorrow’s dinner. You’ll spend less time cooking and can hit your protein targets without extra effort.

3️⃣ “Power Hour” Prep. Pick one hour each week (could even be 20-30 mins) to get organized. Plan your workouts, write up your grocery list, or chop veggies for the week.

This really comes into play when you’re trying to juggle wellness with a busy work-life balance. It’s all about making your daily routine work for YOU.

It’s easy to set goals – but sticking to them? That’s a different story 👇

The key to making 2025 different is to start small, celebrate progress, and find support when you need it.
Instead of focusing on perfection, focus on what’s DOABLE for you in this season of life.

Transforming your health doesn’t have to be all-or-nothing—it’s about creating consistency over time, even if it’s not perfect.

Drop the word “HABITS” in the comments!

As for me, I’ll be sticking to these 7 daily habits to help me continue my weight loss journey.

I’d rather keep my momentum than start over in January!

If you’re overwhelmed by workouts here’s why you may want to reconsider👇

When it comes to getting stronger, there are a lot of key factors, including:

👉 Consistency
👉 Progressively challenging yourself
👉 Enjoying your routine

But, if you had to choose just ONE thing to focus on to get stronger and more fit, it would be just to get yourself moving.

So often, busy moms sassume they need to carve out this huge chunk of time they just don’t have for themselves to make an effective workout plan. But, that can lead to feeling defeated or discouraged and stop you in your tracks from even starting.

Instead, if you are just starting, focus on dedicating 10-15 minutes every day to moving your body. It can be 10 minutes of stretching, a 15 minute walk, 15 minutes of strength training, 10 minutes of pilates.

Just 10-15 minutes every day at the same time of day. This will help you create the habit you want, help you become consistent and even see some results!

Then, when you feel like you can, you can add 5 minutes more every few weeks. And when life gets chaotic, you can go back to 10-15 minute workouts and keep your consistency and momentum going.

About Sabrina

I became a mom at 24 years old. I had eaten my way through so many pints of mint chocolate chip ice cream, that I was depressed after birthing my 7 lb perfect baby because I still had 50 pounds to lose! I had achey joints, horrible asthma, and I was exhausted. Way more exhausted than a new mom should even be.

I tried to get the weight off fast by implementing every piece of dieting advice I've ever heard. I ate a low sodium & fat free diet of sugar alcohols and processed carbs. Some weight did come off. But then it stalled again 10 lb later. And I couldn't get the scale to budge.

Worse than carrying the extra weight was the achey joints, exhaustion, feeling of blah, and low confidence. My knees hurt all the time, my lower back started going out a lot because, well, at 5'4" it was difficult for my body to support the weight AND carry my very large baby boy. But because I felt so blah and lacked confidence, I wasn't really motivated to make a complete lifestyle overhaul.

Then I realized:
