Kidney for Natalia

Kidney for Natalia My name is Natalia Burgos Yampolsky. I live in Nahariya. We opened this FB page because I need a kidney donor. It was traumatic because of the lack of privacy.

I am a young mother with a 15 year old son, happily married. 3 years ago my family and I made Aliah and went directly to live in the Merkatz Klita Nahariya. We arrived with 6 suitcases and many dreams and illusions. But 6 months after I arrived, I started dialysis, right after the first COVID lockdown began. I have been on dialysis for almost 3 years, 3 times a week, 4 hours each time. It's getting more and more exhausting, seriously affecting my mental health. The only solution is to receive a kidney transplant. WE ARE RECEIVING SUPPORT FROM MATNAT HAIM

On behalf of Ruth we thank ALL you wonderful people who have given with your hearts . WE NEED TO SUSTAIN her a little longer until her papers are completely processed .

Ruth YITSCHAK STILL NEEDS OUR HELP a little bit more because she is still in the process of doing Aliya from inside Israel . PLEASE READ HER STORY.
Hi everyone, I have been introduced previously to the group by the wonderful David Bartal, who is really trying to help me, thank you so much. I want to be precise that all the possible procedures are in progress, in order to get me the citizenship and bituach leumi rights; both my son and I are entitled nechut status, he is autistic and I have Crohn disease, which sends me very often to hospital where I have around +50 000 nis debts to pay, since I still dont have kupat cholim. I can provide all proofs of my story, and my social worker name is Ariella Pinsky, she works for the organization OhevGer and I can also provide her phone number.

So I am posting here the post that resume my story , I previoustly posted it on some group and received temporary help, but nothing sustainable, which is why we are trying here again, beezrat Hashem.

Sorry it might be long, but I am going to tell you now my story and what brought me to this insane situation I got to today. I lived in the USA for a few years, and i converted to Judaism in a big American city. I was extremely sincere, I learned everything and more, I was loved by all the rabanim, the community. So I did a conversion perfectly according to halacha. Then I started looking for a husband. I really wanted to move to Israel so I looked for an Israeli religious man. I found one very sweet on a religious dating website, few months after my mikve ( which means end of conversion for those who dont know). We dated a few weeks, and my friend's husband checked on him. He called his rabbi in Israel who said '' he is a normal guy, he is good''. I knew he had 4 kids from his previous marriage, but that was ok, I also brought a little girl with me, and with a big emuna I was ready to make sacrifices in order to live the perfect dream life of Torah and mitsvot in Eretz israel. We got married in the USA, six months later we came together to Israel, I was pregnant with my first baby from him. Then things became weird after a few months, I thought we had shalom bayit issues, I took on myself a lot of counseling, therapies, and had another baby from him, very close to the first one. I kept on praying for the following years, thinking I was the problem. My husband would disappear from home for many days and nights, and coming back like nothing happened. Meantime the misrad hapnim refused to give me my alyah because even if I had an orthodox beit din performing my conversion, they dont know it, and I had to take a lawyer and take them ( misrad hapnim ) to high court. My husband had actually lied to me. Last year, his ex wife tol me I was the 4th marriage, when i thought I was the 2nd. He kept on getting married but divorced always, because he got autism plus bipolar or schyzophrenia, we dont know, he doesnt want to get treatment, but the story is always the same. He get married and then abandons his wife, goes to live with his mother like its normal, and at some point gets divorced. I have 3 kids living with me today, 2 young ones from him, and the youngest is 4 and autistic, I am fighting to try to put him in special gan, but its very hard; my husband is gone now for 4 months, stopped giving money for groceries, tried to kick me out of the appartment. I am alone with no family here, I am waiting for the court to force him to do paternity test or to force the beit din to recognize our marriage and my conversion. Meantime I have no papers, no bituach leumi, one child home with me until misrad hachinuch finally opens the gate ; I cant work because nobody wants to hire a woman who will come with her child. The social services are aware of my situation and do not help at all; I contacted all the organization possible, I am still waiting for answers. I got zero shekels left in my bank account, all my friends and family already sent us something, I dont know what to do next. I need a solution so I will have what to feed me and my kids until my son will go to gan or something moves with the court and papers. Sorry its a long message , but I am exhausted. I had a pure and honest intention when coming here and I ended up with those very hard challenges. I would love to know where to get help to buy food, thats all I care about, food for myself ( I have crohn disease and can only eat specific diet ) and my 3 children. Until something gets unlocked with my papers and bituach leumi. Even a loan with no interest would help as I know I will receive help from bituach leumi and be able to give back. Thank you all.
