The Meditation Guy Hey my name is Grisha and I'm a Entrepreneur and a Mindfulness Enthusiast and I help busy people to start a Stress Relief Practice.

As a Professional Fitness Instructor I had My Fitness and Nutrition all figured out, yet something was missing. I knew it was the Lack of a Stress Relief Practice. I knew the Benefits of Meditation, but being very ADHD I could not stay Still Eyes closed and Alone with My Thoughts for long. Until I have found what Works for Me.
