Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Summary
A publicly traded multinational company and a global leader in precision technology products, seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive the organization forward. With a global workforce of approximately 500 employees, the company deliver innovative equipment, software, and services to business customers worldwide. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will play a critical role in shaping the company's future.

Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership:
Provide clear strategic direction and vision, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Innovation and Growth:
Spearhead innovation by developing groundbreaking products and technologies that fuel business growth.
• Culture of Excellence:
Cultivate a high-performance culture focused on excellence, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Operational Oversight:
Oversee all operational aspects, including finance, marketing, sales, and global business functions.
• Relationship Management:
Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, partners, and investors to enhance the company's market position.
• Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Education:
MBA from a recognized institution is preferred.
• Languages:
Proficiency in English and Hebrew is required.
• Experience:
Proven leadership experience as a CEO/GM of a smaller organization or in a senior executive role within a comparable company.
