I grew up in South Africa in a family of healers—my grandmother, father, and uncle all practiced various healing arts. As a massage therapist, I use my hands and feet along with bars on the walls to provide an effective massage treatment that targets every muscle group. I have mastered various massage techniques that enhance all my treatments. I am also a reflexologist and aromatherapist, bringing a holistic approach to my practice. My passion is to help women—whether they are athletes, pregnant, or at any stage of their lives. I also provide specialized care for women with medical issues. Additionally, I am a doula and childbirth educator. I am currently preparing for my Lamaze childbirth exam this month. I am also studying Sarga Bodywork, a unique massage technique where I tie rope to the massage table.

Lately, I’ve been deeply intentional about looking after myself.
As a bodyworker, I give so much — physically, emotionally, energetically. So I’ve been pouring back into myself too:
• Daily walks and resistance training to stay strong
• Nourishing my body with food I enjoy and that actually supports me
• Saying no to what drains me and yes to boundaries
• Prayer, Torah learning, and lots (I mean lots) of cuddles
• Checking in with my energy to avoid burnout before it starts

This is what self-care really looks like. Not just face masks and bubble baths — but everyday choices that help me show up grounded, joyful, and present.

This isn’t just for me — it’s for my clients too. Because the more aligned I am, the deeper I can hold space for others.

💛 When I care for my own nervous system, I’m better at caring for yours.

Dealing with stiffness in your neck and shoulders?
Look no further! BH, I’ve been seeing great success with this issue, all thanks to Hashem.

How am I different?
1) I work on the myofascia of the body using both my hands and feet.
2) Together, we’ll incorporate certain stretches during the session to track your progress.
3) I may use massage tools to assist in the treatment.
4) Throughout the session, I’ll check in with you to see if you can breathe through the discomfort. If it’s too much, I’ll adjust the pressure accordingly.
5) It’s both super relaxing and intense at the same time!
6) I make sure to say a little prayer to Hashem so that the ultimate healer is part of the process too.
