💡 Feel Good Tip of the Week 💡
By the time Friday arrives, many people are carrying the whole week in their body.
Tight shoulders. Busy mind. Heavy legs. Short temper. Low energy.
Before Shabbat begins, give yourself 2 minutes to reset:
✨ Stand tall and take 3 slow, deep breaths
✨ Roll your shoulders back gently
✨ Stretch your neck side to side
✨ Unclench your jaw
✨ Let your exhale be longer than your inhale
Sometimes the best way to prepare for Shabbat… is to arrive feeling calm in your body.
