I wanted to tell you about Genadi Zisman. A "veteran" immigrant from Russia. Genadi immigrated to Israel in 1991 with his family. Genadi has an academic education from Russia in the field of art, specializing in drawing and graphics. Upon immigrating to Israel, Genadi and his wife, a doctor, began their work at Eltek. Initially he was accepted as an expert in printing, in advanced technologies and this without knowledge of Hebrew. During his 20 years of work at Eltek, Genadi dealt with various issues on the production floor. His wife after few years at Eltek she received an introduction to the medical profession from the Ministry of Health and returned to practice medicine (Doctor) to this day. Genadi's son is a senior lecturer at the University of Jerusalem and an international chess master. Genadi has 6 grandchildren who also have special talents including chess and more. We wish Gandhi many more years at Eltek, which gives inspiration and optimism to the newcomers ( Olim Hadashim) in our factory. One more thing, Gandhi is a cartoonist with grace and we enjoy seeing his works.

Eltek offers another advancement in miniaturization!

Eltek is pleased to update our customers on achieving another milestone as part of the
technological development that enables the production of thin and dense circuits.

Eltek's development program includes the development of an additive method, MSAP / SAP and the ability to drill and coat small through holes diameters of up to 50 µ.

In addition, Eltek has successfully completed the development process of through hole coating and copper filling. See Figures 1 and 2.
This pcb technology allow Eltek to support customers with increased functionality of their pcb
design in a reduced area, taking advantage of the industry trend in miniaturization of
semiconductors and other component packages.
