We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Team Manager with strong project management
& design skills to join us in working on our leading fitness app suite.

Responsibilities:
To manage multiple projects within the design department from concept to production, ensuring project deliveries on time.
To plan and co-ordinate the activities of the design group to ensure compliance with procedures and excellent deliverables.
To develop processes and procedures to support and improve design practices/ deliverables.
Oversee day-to-day operations, set clear team goals, delegate tasks, and set deadlines.
To provide design guidelines, mentoring, & direction to the team
To actively participate in design projects.�
What should you have?
Deep understanding of UI/UX & experience in designing products for mobile
5+ years of experience in leading UI/UX design teams of 3+ team members. (Direct report)
Strong project management skills
Decision-making skills
Strong leadership & communication
Excellent attention to detail
A can-do attitude, and a great sense of humor

3+ Years of proven experience as a native iOS app developer.
Proficient in Objective-C, Swift, and Cocoa Touch.
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
Extreme professional, devoted t o high quality with excellent attention to detail.
Creative, passionate, and hard-working.
Can maintain high code quality and organization.
Positive personality with a great sense of humor.
‍‍ ‍�Advantage:
Mobile development experience (non-iOS)
Back-end development experience
Experience in C++ or other OOP language
Fluent English (native English speaker)
