🔥 Welcome to the 14 Day Fitness Challenge – Cohort 2! 🔥

You’re here from all over the world!! I am so pumped and so honoured to coach you over the next 2 weeks.
We’re officially starting.

Huge respect to everyone who completed the first challenge — you proved that consistency works.
And welcome to everyone joining now. You’re in the right place.
Here’s how this works:
We have four movements:
Push
Legs
Core
Cardio
Every movement has a Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced option — so no matter your level, you belong here.
Over the next 14 days, you’ll repeat each move four times.
The goal is simple:
Improve a little each time.
Not 20 reps more.
Not something dramatic.
Even one more rep than last time is success.
Two or three more? That’s incredible.
That’s how strength is built.
To make this challenge successful, use habit stacking.
Attach your workout to something you already do:
After davening.
Before your shower.
When you get home from work.
Before dinner.
Small action + daily trigger = real change.
Very important:
If you are currently injured, this challenge may not be appropriate right now.
Please message me privately and I’ll happily help you with a substitute movement.
And during any workout —
If you feel pain, stop immediately.
Discomfort from effort is normal.
Sharp pain is not.
We’re here to build strength — not injuries.
