my SUJOK wintertip: starting a viral throat infection? put some black pepper grains with a medical scotch tape on your left index finger (as indicated). leave them overnight (around 8h) without getting them wet. should be much better next morning if not gone. you can also do it daytime if it suits you.
no black pepper available? draw a blue line on the same place.
