Very proud that the UP Stairlift has met the new european guidelines, EN 81-40:2020, for one year already.

The UP Stairlift therefore has:
✅Seat leveling protection to prevent the chair from tilting
✅Seat belt with an internal safety switch that prevents the customer from using the lift when the seat belt is not used
✅Interlocking armrests that prevent the stairlift from driving when one or both armrests are folded up
✅Emergency button to stop the stairlift in case of an emergency
✅Built-in intercom to contact the service desk in case of an emergency
✅Control system according to IEC 61508: 2010

Ready and approved! From April 15, all stairlifts must comply with the new European EN81-40:2020 regulations. The good news is that the UP Stairlift already complies with these new regulations for a year.

This means all of our UP Stairlifts meet the following requirements:

בזכות התקנה מהירה ביותר גם לדיירת יש חופש תנועה.
