אלה שחקני נבחרת אנגליה בכדורסל בכיסאות גלגלים, שמבזים את ההימנון והנבחרת הישראלית, בהפניית הגב בעת נגינת ההמנון, לפני המשחק שנערך היום בטורניר גביע האומות בגרמניה.
האנגלים ניצחו במשחק, אבל הפסידו בכל שאר המובנים.
כי אם כבר הולכים על ערבוב של פוליטיקה וספורט, אז בואו, שבו חמודים, ונדבר קצת סבבה?
כי אם ככה יתנהגו נבחרות ספורט אחת לשנייה בגלל עניינים פוליטיים, אז אולי נצטרך להזכיר (סתם, אולי מישהו ירצה להפנות את הגב להמנון הבריטי?) את זה שבריטניה הייתה אחראית לכחמישים אחוז מכלל סחר העבדים העולמי, שלמעשה, את כל הבלאגן במזרח התיכון אתם השארתם, ושמשום מה לא מזמן יצאתם למלחמה נגד ארגנטינה (!) על איזה אי באוקיינוס האטלנטי.
אבל עזבו, אנחנו לא כאלה, רק רצינו לספר לכם שבנבחרת שלנו משחקים שחקנים יהודיים, ערבים מוסלמים וערבים נוצרים ביחד.
חשבתם שאתם מבזים אותם אבל האמת שביזיתם את עצמכם.

We just wanted to set the records straight.
Since your players decided to disrespect our national anthem and really, disrespect our players and team, ahead of today’s game in Germany, we just wanted say that you may have won the game, but you lost everything else.
Because if wheelchair sports teams are to mix sports and politics, you know, someone may think that maybe the national anthem of the nation responsible for about 50% of the world’s slave traffic, the country that really is responsible for the mess in the Middle East to begin with, and the country that for some reason went to war with Argentina (!) for some island in the Atlantic should also be disrespected.
Just saying.
But forget it, we won’t go there, sports and politics don’t mix.
