אפשר לשנות את המציאות, בדרך שמתבוננים בה, בנקודת המבט. לצאת מן המרכז ולהתבונן מבחוץ. להתבונן ללא שיפוטיות, לבחון את ההתנהלות ולראות שבעצם החיים מביאים הזדמנות לשמחה, לאהבה ולצמיחה. אם אדם לא יוצא רגע מתוך השגרה, מתוך העומס שלו ומביט מבחוץ, עלול לפספס את כל הטוב שיש בתוך חיים אלו ולהמשיך לחיות בעצב, בכעס, בעומס, להאשים ובעצם לסבול.
