💛 Breathwork offers a different relationship to change — one rooted in presence rather than pressure. By staying with the breath as it is, space can open for insight, softness, and gradual shifts. Nothing needs to be forced here.

🌞 Save this for days when effort feels heavy and return to this practice whenever you need grounding.

Some trainings focus on techniques and outcomes.
Others work at a quieter level — shaping how we listen, respond, and show up.

For Khali , the experience felt less like learning a method and more like receiving something subtle and enduring.
A way of meeting another human with presence, discernment, and care. The structure of the training supported both understanding and confidence, not just in breathwork, but in how it lives beyond the practice. đź’›

Thank you for sharing these soulful and heartfelt words about your breathwork training program experience with Shiran ✨🙏🏼

Low energy is often misunderstood as a lack of motivation. From a breath-work perspective, it can be seen as information — a signal that something in the system is asking for attention.

❤️ This practice invites observation rather than correction. Simply noticing how the breath moves can offer insight into
what the body may need next.

💛 Intentions often struggle when they stay in the mind alone. Breath-work offers a way to bring intention into felt experience — without pressure or performance.

✨ By pairing a simple word with the rhythm of your breath, you allow intention to settle naturally. Some days it may feel clear, other days subtle. Both are part of the practice.

When life feels heavy, it often shows up in the breath before we have words for it. Stress can shorten breathing, tighten the chest, and pull attention outward. Breath-work doesn’t try to correct this response — it starts by noticing it.

This simple practice invites a longer exhale, which many people experience as supportive and grounding. There’s
nothing to force here. Just observe how your breath responds when you give it space.

Podcast Series | The Difference a Deeply Experienced Facilitator Makes in Breathwork Training

Breathwork places us in vulnerability. Which is why the integrity of the one holding the space matters deeply.

This conversation reflects on leadership rooted in radical presence. A guide who doesn’t point toward something outside of you, but supports the remembering of what already lives within. Call it God. Source. Consciousness.

What was honoured here during my time with Shiran in the Breathwork Program was guidance that empowers rather than eclipses. Training that doesn’t ask you to emulate the teacher, but supports you in becoming more yourself.

Your year doesn’t need a perfect ending. It needs honesty.
Patience. And breath.

Let yourself rest in the places that are still arriving.
✨ Save as your reminder while entering into the new year ❤️

Podcast Series | More Than Technique: What Unfolds in the Breathwork Journey

Breathwork didn’t begin for me as a technique. It began as an introduction to complexity. To the understanding that the mind is a polarised instrument, and that truth rarely lives at the extremes.
Through the breath, something quieter started to open.
A doorway into expanded awareness, yes, but also into older, more grounded ways of meeting consciousness. Not to transcend being human, but to meet myself more honestly within it. This conversation reflects a core teaching that shaped my path.

Sharing this episode as a lived reflection from the journey, where breath is not an escape, but a way of meeting life fully.

Podcast Series | What Breathwork Brings to the Surface

🌬️ At its most intimate, breathwork doesn’t change who you are.
It allows you to meet yourself without the image you’ve been carrying.

đź’› Through the practice, the tools, the methodology, something subtle opens. Access to yourself on deeper, multi-dimensional levels. And just as importantly, the support to stay with what you find there.

This episode isn’t about discovery as a destination. It’s about learning how to walk the distance. And gently, patiently, allowing the gap to close.

✨ Share it with care, for anyone ready to meet themselves more honestly.

*Podcast Series | A Journey From Unrest to Peace*

There comes a moment when life doesn’t fall apart.
It simply asks you to listen more closely.

🌬️ This episode speaks to that quiet turning point. When success feels hollow, comfort feels heavy, and the breath becomes the first honest guide back to yourself.

❤️ Shared with openness and trust, this conversation isn’t about fixing anything. It’s about remembering what was always there, waiting beneath the noise.

May it meet you in your own in-between. And may it remind you that peace is often a practice, not a destination.

Your breath is the bridge between your stress and your calm.
When you breathe fast and shallow, your body prepares for action, that’s your sympathetic system (fight or flight).
When you breathe slowly and deeply, your body begins to rest. That’s your parasympathetic system (rest and restore).
Knowing this gives you power, You can choose which system to
activate with your breath.
