בדרך כלל יש לי מלא מילים אבל הנפש שלי עסוקה כרגע בלהציל את עצמה מקריסה ואובדן טוטלי בטבעם הטוב של בני אנוש ואובדן התקווה הכללית. הנפש שלי עסוקה בלהרגיע את יצר הנקמה, את הכעס הנורא ואת הפחד שמשתלט לו על כל התאים.
אני כאן ברגע הזה כדי להזכיר ללבבות המנופצים שמוות הוא לא בהכרח סופם של החיים. ועד שלא נלמד שיעור בחמלה ושיעור בלב פתוח ואהבה שכולנו שווים נמשיך ונתגלגל מצורה לצורה לעיתים ביסורים גדולים.
ונכון שזה עכשיו הזמן להתאחד ולצאת למלחמת הגנה שכמוה לא ראו המפגעים אבל תעשו לי טובה ותשמרו על הנפש שלכם מהמראות הקשים ועל הלב שלכם מלהתקשות. תתמקדו בסיפורי הגבורה, באנשים המוארים, באלה עם הפנים קדימה שיודעים שבסוף הטוב תמיד מנצח גם אם בדרך משלמים מחיר דמים.

מאושרת לפרגן לשתי נשים מחוננות ומוכשרות שלקחו חלום והפכו למציאות. שירי ומירי מSHI&Mi interior design - אין לי מספיק מילים כדי להודות לכן על השירות, העבודה עם הלב ובתשומת לב שהענקתם לי בתקופה מאתגרת כזאת. אוהבת מאוד ❣️

The law of attraction dictates that you will draw into your life the energy that you focus on. It all starts with a single thought, a single uttered sentence. The language that you use, both on the inside and out, will draw into your life energy that will strengthen these thought pattern.
What kind of energy do you think the next thinking patterns draw into your life?
Why is that happening to me?
Life is so complicated, hard, difficult, unfair.
I’m terrible at making money.
I don’t trust man.
People just want to take advantage of me.
There is no way I can run 5k.
I’m really not flexible.
I suck at my work.
I’m a terrible parent.
I’m so stupid.
The universe is listening to your mind which is the master of your life and the temple to your body.

We’ve all been there. That point in life where we bend so much that we nearly break. The first impulsive reaction is to move away from the pain, run away from any discomfort and go back to the familiar comfort zone. But what if, you stop. What if you just stop right there at that point of almost and breathe? Maybe, what you think is pain is just you emerging, growing, developing and expanding your mind? Maybe... .

It’s a funny feeling waking up in the morning without an alarm, not knowing what day it is, not having a set schedule. I’ve been so used to counting days, weeks, years.
Instead I spend my days counting my blessing

Set the tone when you wake up. Set the tone when you go to sleep. Make sure the first and last thought of the day is a good one. Then the in between will look much brighter. .
