For as long as I can remember, I have deeply connected with the self healing teachings and wisdoms of the water. I fostered this connection to the water as a child and young adult by being a competitive swimmer, which continued my journey to becoming a swim teacher, and then certified watsu practitioner. The name Watsu comes from water shiatsu. It works on the meridans of the body, on movement, st

retching, and massage. The treatment is given in a pool with temperature between 33-35 C. Watsu is great for all demographics-- kids, teenagers, adults, pregnancy, and geriatrics. The entire session the clients body is being supported by the therapist. Watsu is an opportunity to let go, sink in, and simply to be.
