Job Type: Full-Time

Position Description:

Provide quality guidelines and support production activities on the shop floor.
Write and review operational documents and SOPs (deviations, exceptions, specifications, etc.).
Participate in and review the change control process.
Train production staff and department managers on procedures and work instructions.
Monitor and guide staff working in the clean room.
Write and investigate root cause analysis and execute CAPAs.
Manage and track CAPAs and monitor approved suppliers.
Support validation activities in production.
Support engineering activities.
Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences - Required.
Technical/engineering education - Advantageous.
2-3 years of experience in a quality role in the medical device/biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry - Required.
Experience working in clean rooms - Required.
Experience with Priority ERP - Advantageous.
Experience with measurement tools like calipers, micrometers/microscopes - Required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of English proficiency.
Ability to prioritize independently and manage multiple projects within predetermined timelines.

ניסיון קודם של 2-3 שנים בתפקיד של איכות מחברות בתעשיית האביזרים הרפואיים/ הביוטכנולוגיה/פרמצבטיקה - חובה.
ניסיון בעבודה בחדרים נקיים - חובה.

Despite the challenging war situation, Noga Medical Products is delighted to announce that its dental product line has received the CE certificate for class IIb under the new MDR regulation from our notified body, MDC. 🥂

This success was led by CEO, Michel Allouch, who provided his full support together with our VP QA & RA, Nadav Reuben and the Noga Med team.

A special Thank you goes to all the team members at Noga Medical Products, including Amir Erlichson (QA Director, Noga ENG), Shirly Gaisin (RA Manager), Kostia Budnis (Medical Engineer Manager), Dana Salem, Jamal Nakhleh, and Daniel Baruch (EVP Dental Products).
