Everyone procrastinates but sometimes it goes beyond pushing off daily tasks and you find yourself afraid to prioritise yourself and your well-being.

CBT believes that there are many sources behind our procrastination:

-a fear of failure
-perfectionism
-hopelessness
-fear of criticism
-fear of success
-self critical talk
