We are a start up in the digital healthcare industry and we’re on a journey to remove financial barriers to care for patients in the US. Our employees are key to making this vision a reality. Since 2018, TailorMed has been united under one goal: To make healthcare more accessible and affordable for U.S. patients through financial assistance and together, we are fulfilling our mission of moving mountains for patients. Here at Tailormed, we focus on developing and learning from one another and we continue to evolve by experimenting and expanding our knowledge and scope of work. All of this magic happens in a cheerful and a bit loud–in a good way, accepting place with great coworkers who have grown to be more like family.

These days feel especially heavy for many of us.
With everything happening around the world, it’s natural to feel distracted, worried, and not quite like ourselves.

And still, in the middle of it all, we find ourselves coming back to what we do — and why it matters.

At TailorMed, we help patients in the U.S. overcome financial barriers to care.
It might seem far from where many of us are. But to us, it feels deeply connected.

Because even in uncertain times, knowing that your work helps someone access treatment, afford medication, or continue care — gives a sense of purpose and grounding.

Behind every task, every line of code, every conversation — there are real people who rely on what we build.
We don’t take that lightly.

These days, more than ever, we’re grateful to be part of a team that supports one another — and continues to show up with empathy, resilience, and purpose.

After weeks of working remotely during such a challenging time, we realized how much we missed the simple moments together.
Today, some of us made the effort to come into the office — to reconnect, share a meal, and bring back a small sense of routine.
Just a small moment of being together again.

To celebrate Family Day, every team member received a custom photo block with their favorite family moment — the people (and pets!) who are their real-life support system. Because behind every product release, every patient saved money, every big idea — there’s a family cheering us on.

And since we can’t resist a good challenge, we also played “Guess Who?” — childhood edition. Let’s just say… some of our sharpest minds were once rocking very questionable haircuts. 😉

At TailorMed, supporting families isn’t just part of our mission — it’s part of our culture.

This Spirit Week, we took a journey through time — celebrating our past, present, and future as one global team across Israel and the US.

🎯 The Present reminded us how strong our connections are today — with an interactive TailorMed Bingo that brought colleagues together across teams and locations.

✨ The Future inspired us to dream big, as we created a shared Vision Wall filled with ideas, hopes, and excitement for what’s ahead.

More than just activities, this week was about celebrating our people, our culture, and the incredible journey we’re building together.

In a fast-moving product role, it’s easy to get lost in the noise. Mai’s approach is simple: “If everything feels urgent, nothing is.” To stay effective and keep projects moving at TailorMed, Mai follows two core habits:

Unblock Early Prioritize tasks that take 5 minutes or less—quick pings, approvals, or clarifying questions. Clearing them immediately creates a ripple effect of productivity across the team.

Master the “Why” Before diving into bigger efforts, pause to understand the why. Is this truly needed? Is the outcome clear? Prioritize outcomes over output; if the value is missing, pause to re-align.

“Speed is how we learn, but purpose is why we start. Unblocking others fast keeps the momentum going, but questioning the ‘why’ upfront ensures we aren’t just busy—we’re effective.”

Today at TailorMed, we honored the memory of our colleague Sagi Golan z”l through a meaningful volunteer activity in collaboration with Bikurim.
Together, we assembled care packages for hospitalized patients — each one including essentials for comfort, along with Sagi’s photo and story, including the words he lived by:
“Value each person’s uniqueness. Always see the different as equal.”

Sagi, who fell heroically on October 8th in the battle of Kibbutz Be’eri, was known for his kindness, leadership, and deep care for others. This month, on his birthday, we continued his legacy through an act of giving that reflects the values he lived by.

May his memory be a blessing.
