Adaya Turkia - Psychologist Tel Aviv-based Clinical Psychology Resident. I use integrative therapeutic modalities, including CBT, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Interpersonal Therapy.

I specialize in helping individuals feel more calm, adaptable, empowered and joyful in the face of emotional distress, trauma, unhealthy patterns and transition. As each one of us has different wants, passions and needs, so too I believe that therapy is not a one-size fits all model. In that way, together we discover and decide what therapeutic modality and techniques will best suit you, in your current situation. The common thread between my therapies, is my belief in a therapeutic relationship which is both intimate and respectful and a therapeutic space that is open, non-judgmental and often playful, allowing us to delve into and process all that you choose to bring. I am a Clinical Psychology resident and hold a M.A Clin. Psych form Bar Ilan University as well as an M.A Psychobiology from Tel Aviv University. I have 5 years of clinical experience, working both with individuals and groups from different backgrounds, in Hebrew and English.
