החשיבות של שפה; בכמה שפות אתם יודעים לתקשר?

Communication is key in every relationship

I speak five languages; German, English, Hebrew, Body language and the language of energy. People talk a lot about relationships and in my experience most understand that communication is key, why is it than, that we don’t invest more of our time studying languages?
I have traveled all over the world and I work for fifteen years as a Psychologist, in my experience the people that are masters in communication study more than one language. Why? Because every time you learn a new language and actually use it, you go through the experience of observing from a new point of view, using different sound, learning different approaches and you feel what it is like to be misunderstood and train yourself to be as clear as possible. I have learned that no matter where I go, or who I communicate with I always have at least two languages I can count on; body language and the language of energy. Those languages also never lie. So if you really want to have good relationships, study language, observe more, read more, engage more in life. Learn to listen and feel more. Communication is not only about knowing the language theoretically but using every aspect of language. Every language has their own sound, vibration and body language. Look at people when you talk to them, listen what words they are using, feel in what way they are speaking. Don’t try to listen to manipulate or to correct someone else. Stay present with them to understand them better, so you can really connect and communicate. Languages are a true blessing and I could never use only one of my languages, I would feel incomplete and my communication skills would be lacking.
So if you are really interested in healthy communication challenge yourself and learn a new language, especially if you can communicate only in one.

Anxiety; mind your mind.
We live in a world where it is more important than ever to observe our thoughts and to not identify with them. Everywhere we are fake news is spreading like a virus with no cure and if we are not careful it will take us to destruction.
I would never tell someone what to believe for your life is your own. It is your right to explore freely what you want and who you surround yourself with. I can only help you to become aware of what you are choosing and what the consequences would be, should you believe blindly everything that you see and hear, including from your own thoughts.
It is important more than ever to question everything you see and hear and to allow yourself to pause, research and educate yourself.
Don’t follow blindly.
You were born with free will, use it.
Don’t allow anxiety to control you, because it causes the mind to shut down. If you need help to deal with anxiety and learn to not identify with your thoughts, you are welcome to contact me. Link in bio ☝️
Together we will start a process to release anxiety, by becoming aware of your thoughts and bodily experiences.
Take charge of your life or someone else will, including anxiety.

International Yoga day🥳🙏🏼
Yoga is about breathing, about pausing, about self awareness, stillness and love.
Yoga is not about rushing, posing and competition.
Yoga can help you learn how to approach life with breath, ease, softness and love.
BUT only if you really engage in Yoga.
If you use Yoga to be “cool”, to rush, compete and pose. This is what your life will become. An endless rushing and posing.
So you see, what Yoga is, is how you approach Yoga. Just like Life.
And like in life it’s your choice. Yoga will become what you choose and then learn to live with the consequences of your choice.
Yoga never hurt anyone, it’s your approach to yoga that caused you injury. Like in life, you get injured by your choices, at least as an adult, so learn responsibility.
Stop saying: Yoga causes injury, this is simply untrue. What causes self injury is being occupied with the way you look and pose, instead of your breath and self awareness. Take responsibility and choose better for yourself.
Because what Yoga looks like is your responsibility.

Success?!

Success: why some feel the need to “crush”others to succeed?
People are very concerned with success. Does success mean to push someone else out of the way?
Is success possible without “crushing” someone else?
Can we win in life without”crushing”the other?
People who “crush” others are not interested in winning, they are trying not to drown. That is the difference between people who act from ego - surviving life, and people who act from self love - life itself.
Egoism does not stem from self love, it stems from being controlled by fear and survival, thus you always have the feeling someone is running after you and you must be faster or stronger to survive. When the ego controls us, we can even forget our humanity.
Self love is; I nurture myself so I can nurture everyone around me. Like life itself.
Just look at trees, they take the sun, water for them to get strong and fruitful and everyone around them benefits. Humans and animals get oxygen, shelter, shade, food, even water and medicine. This is what life wants. Life wants you to live, not survive. So you go ahead, get your success, your money, your status and then go feed everyone around you as well.
Understand that we are here to serve life not our ego/fears/survival.
The moment you understand this you will truly thrive in every way. Because true success means that we are able to share our success.
Go ahead, succeed. I am rooting for you💪🏼🩷

How to prepare for prayer?
Most people pray in situations of crisis, because what most of us ask for is the strength to master the situation we are in. Praying has the power to activate our own light so it strengthens ourselves, our loved ones and everyone around us.
So focus on your heart, take five deep breath into your chest, concentrate on the expansion of your heart, keep on breathing and concentrating. The breath keeps expanding your heart which makes the energy field around your heart expand. The more you concentrate on your heart and breath, the calmer you will feel. Now start your prayer.
Start with thanking God for what you have and then move to what you need help with.
Don’t curse someone else
Don’t curse the situation you are in
Don’t blame
you cannot activate the divine in you by letting darkness in
Divinity is activated by love, gratitude and asking for guidance.
May your prayers be received and heard
May Gods will be clearly visible to you
May you stay in the light and release darkness from your heart
May your heart expand and radiate light

I hate being vulnerable
How many times did you say that to yourself?
How many times did you act as if you don’t care, so no one will noticed how vulnerable you are?
How many times did you act differently than from what you felt in your heart, to not feel vulnerable?
The truth is probably; too many times.
Why?
The answer most of you will give is; so no one will abuse my vulnerability.
The truth is; you are too afraid to deal with the fact that being human means to be vulnerable.
Why is it important to allow ourselves to be vulnerable?
For three main reasons:
1. To understand that we are human and we can get hurt
2. To allow intimacy with ourselves and others
3. To stop resisting pain, so we can grow and move out of suffering
How to practice vulnerability?
1. Train yourself to be ok with pain, through breathing, kindness and compassion for yourself
2. No criticism
3. Speak openly about what hurts you
4. Allow people to help you
5. Learn to ask for help
6. Change the sentence “i hate being vulnerable“ - “i am able to be vulnerable and feel pain”. This is how I grow and evolve 🩷

Your body never fails you
I have never trained or done any exercise in my life to look better or loose weight, because in my experience it’s a wrong approach to a healthy relationship with your body.
My body is my best friend, no one has ever loved me more or kept me safe more than my body.
I would have never survived some of the things that happened to me in my life, if my body would not have been alert and strong. I have immense respect for my body.
When I train (yes meditators and yogis go also to the gym) I train with focus on my body.
What’s guiding me is not the way I look, who looks at me, or my weight.
What’s guiding me is my breath, my strength on that day, my energy on that day, my flexibility on that day and I personally get highly motivated by music. That’s it!
So you see our body never fails us, we fail our bodies because we are occupied with the illusionary relationships surrounding us, instead focusing on our true relationship, the relationship between ourselves and our body. You want a healthy body that feels good, try nurturing that relationship and respect when your body alerts you on certain things, listen.
Try it next time you do any kind of exercise, how does it feel to start a relationship with your body?
Because this is where a healthy body, mind, soul, energy connection starts, with a healthy relationship to your body.

Sitting at the wrong table?
Over the years I have encountered a lot of couples that are afraid of asking this question out loud.
Am I sitting at the wrong table?
Why?
Because asking this question makes us understand that something is not quite right. Most want to cover their eyes, ears and mouth. Maybe if I act as if it’s the right table it will manifest itself as such.
The simple answer is: no, it probably get worse and you will blame the table, instead of looking at the actual difficulty.
The thing that is most important to remember is, that asking ourselves questions helps us grow, especially if we are willing to research what’s really going on.
So don’t be afraid to ask this question out loud if something feels off. Allow yourself to explore and research. Sitting at a questionable table doesn’t mean we must leave. Most often it means to adjust, to reevaluate our decisions, and to check what’s going on with everyone at that table. Sometimes we will all leave the table together because we created something that we all outgrew. That’s progress and growth. Nothing to be afraid of. You should be more afraid of not asking the question. In my experience most couples regret it deeply not asking it sooner. I have known couples that avoided each others needs for a lot of years and in the end what’s left is bitterness and anger. Don’t become someone like that.
