As human beings we are too occupied with judgement instead of becoming aware that life is a miracle and always asking ourselves how to return to Life?
How do I return?
Instead of why did I leave.
How do I go back to who I truly am?
Before anxiety took over
Before addiction
Before the loss
Before the break up
Before the trauma
By asking this simple but powerful question, we focus on how to get back.
And where focus is energy moves.
Meaning we put all our energy into coming back to LIFE

Fear of rejection?
I have been rejected in my life more times than I can count and my philosophy is:
Only people who dare get rejected. So to me being able to deal with rejection well, is a testament of strength not a testament of unworthiness as many people believe. I have always said to my friends even before I started my professional life, that no-one is better or lesser than I am, people are just different. I don’t like everyone, so why should everyone like me. I am nothing special, I just am.
So the next time you get rejected, congratulate yourself for trying, for saying what you want, for daring to put yourself out there. And make no mistake, everyone gets rejected. The difference is those of us who are aware and deal with rejection well, talk about it openly. The rest just lies about it and acts as if there is a life without rejection. Don’t get fooled. There isn’t. Because most of us were taught to reject ourselves, to feel unworthy of love and as a result we walk around hungry for attention, only to realize, we need to stop and start liking ourselves first before anyone else can like us. The minute we like ourselves, even if we get rejected it stings less and we concentrate more on our strength less on the pain of rejection. Don’t get me wrong, rejection doesn’t feel nice to anyone, but the biggest pain arrives when we reject ourselves.
So stop making such a fuss about the fear of rejection. Dare to try.

האם טיפול עוזר?

Does Therapy work?

In my therapy sessions, I get asked those questions a lot;
“Hila, Am I on the right track?”,
“Hila, Am I stuck?’’
“Hila, Why is nothing changing?”
“Hila, Am I loosing my mind?”

Until I hear these statements;
Wow everything changed, I cannot believe it.
Wow in the past I would have been bothered by this.
Wow this used to trigger me.
Wow I feel like a big weight has been lifted.
Wow I feel like a new person.
Wow I cannot believe, this works.

All these statements have only one thing in common; people that showed up for themselves consistently, trusted the process and didn’t allow their egos to get in the way. All of them changed in a way that to me is inspiring. My work is to guide and hold the trust, believe and inspiration for my clients until they are ready to hold it for themselves.
How long?
Depends on what you are struggling with, how consistent you are and how engaged in the process.
Everyone who does the work consistently, gets the change they want, everyone.
So,
You want the anxiety to go away?
You want your relationship to evolve?

Love can never be lost
I don’t know why we were all lied to since our birth about what love is and where it is, but I always wish for everyone to find out where love truly sits. Love is never ever outside of us, never. Love resides in our hearts. There we have an endless fountain of love. Should we close our hearts because of fear, than love is repressed for a while until we open our hearts back up. So you see, no matter where you are, who you are, who left you, who died, who betrayed you, you never loose LOVE.
You loose the relationship, the physical person beside you
BUT LOVE IS NEVER LOST.
So whenever you feel the need for love, open that beautiful heart of yours, breathe, sit in places that help you, like nature, and feel that fountain of endless love.

החשיבות של שפה; בכמה שפות אתם יודעים לתקשר?

Communication is key in every relationship

I speak five languages; German, English, Hebrew, Body language and the language of energy. People talk a lot about relationships and in my experience most understand that communication is key, why is it than, that we don’t invest more of our time studying languages?
I have traveled all over the world and I work for fifteen years as a Psychologist, in my experience the people that are masters in communication study more than one language. Why? Because every time you learn a new language and actually use it, you go through the experience of observing from a new point of view, using different sound, learning different approaches and you feel what it is like to be misunderstood and train yourself to be as clear as possible. I have learned that no matter where I go, or who I communicate with I always have at least two languages I can count on; body language and the language of energy. Those languages also never lie. So if you really want to have good relationships, study language, observe more, read more, engage more in life. Learn to listen and feel more. Communication is not only about knowing the language theoretically but using every aspect of language. Every language has their own sound, vibration and body language. Look at people when you talk to them, listen what words they are using, feel in what way they are speaking. Don’t try to listen to manipulate or to correct someone else. Stay present with them to understand them better, so you can really connect and communicate. Languages are a true blessing and I could never use only one of my languages, I would feel incomplete and my communication skills would be lacking.
So if you are really interested in healthy communication challenge yourself and learn a new language, especially if you can communicate only in one.

Anxiety; mind your mind.
We live in a world where it is more important than ever to observe our thoughts and to not identify with them. Everywhere we are fake news is spreading like a virus with no cure and if we are not careful it will take us to destruction.
I would never tell someone what to believe for your life is your own. It is your right to explore freely what you want and who you surround yourself with. I can only help you to become aware of what you are choosing and what the consequences would be, should you believe blindly everything that you see and hear, including from your own thoughts.
It is important more than ever to question everything you see and hear and to allow yourself to pause, research and educate yourself.
Don’t follow blindly.
You were born with free will, use it.
Don’t allow anxiety to control you, because it causes the mind to shut down. If you need help to deal with anxiety and learn to not identify with your thoughts, you are welcome to contact me. Link in bio ☝️
Together we will start a process to release anxiety, by becoming aware of your thoughts and bodily experiences.
Take charge of your life or someone else will, including anxiety.

International Yoga day🥳🙏🏼
Yoga is about breathing, about pausing, about self awareness, stillness and love.
Yoga is not about rushing, posing and competition.
Yoga can help you learn how to approach life with breath, ease, softness and love.
BUT only if you really engage in Yoga.
If you use Yoga to be “cool”, to rush, compete and pose. This is what your life will become. An endless rushing and posing.
So you see, what Yoga is, is how you approach Yoga. Just like Life.
And like in life it’s your choice. Yoga will become what you choose and then learn to live with the consequences of your choice.
Yoga never hurt anyone, it’s your approach to yoga that caused you injury. Like in life, you get injured by your choices, at least as an adult, so learn responsibility.
Stop saying: Yoga causes injury, this is simply untrue. What causes self injury is being occupied with the way you look and pose, instead of your breath and self awareness. Take responsibility and choose better for yourself.
Because what Yoga looks like is your responsibility.
