31 today and never been more sure that I’m being divinely guided 🐚🧚🏼‍♂️🐬🌀🌺 TRUST LIFE

The question of my lap around the sun is:
How relaxed can I be while I do it??

Whatever IT is - bringing a retreat to life, moving across the world (again) building my business, finding an apartment, handling beurorocracy, folding laundry, all of the above.

No more denying myself joy, ease, and aliveness until I reach “the thing”.

The joy is the point!!!

Israel saw me go through two years of army service, stumble my way through a commander’s course whilst barely being able to string together 5 words of Hebrew (on a good day), meet my husband and learn what healthy love is, fall in love with yoga and build a life that’s based on alignment, adventure + connection, create the most amazing community of students, and bring three yoga retreats to life (my biggest dream everrrrrrr) within a year. and now this.

the same thread of intuition that guided me here as a lost 22 year old has been calling for an energy shift, a fresh slate for some time now. deciding to relocate (again) has not been easy but we all know the only way to find out is to be bold, release control (this one is sooooo hard for me), and experience with love.

it’s hard to summarize how this plot twist came to be thru a post. I tried my hardest to give you a quick picture into where I am mentally, but honestly theres no way of showing you the essence of everyday. the “wtf am I doing” late night spirals, the fear, the excitement, the limiting beliefs, the overwhelm, the work. so how does one summarize how they got to this moment thru a post? they don’t. this journey can only be LIVED and shared, maybe you’re feeling called to shake things up somehow and feel crazy for doing so too.

to my students and everyone who has stood by my side, flowed with me, breathed with me, helped me find my rhythm & reminded me that all that really matter is the privilege of health + doing what you love, I adore you and am so blessed that our paths crossed!!!

Third retreat in the books, pinch me 🤏🏽

Unity is an energy, one we all deserve to experience. It’s proof that peace isn’t something you find by exerting control… it’s something you create by surrendering to love and connecting to the oneness of all things. Holding this space for 20 participants and new friends was once again, beyond my wildest dreams.

The 🩵 of Unity Yoga retreats is simple: getting (way) off the grid to drop into yoga, nature, adventure & what makes us feel most alive. The highest form of self love.

Story time 🩵⛰️

On our first yoga retreat in Greece this past May, and I took our group on a highly-recommended hike to a natural waterfall with pools of crystal clear water to swim in. The weather was perfect, the hike was immaculate, the vibes were vibing.

Naturally, four months later on our second retreat the waterfall hike was a MUST in the itinerary - we even rearranged the schedule to move it to what was supposed to be the sunniest day of the weekend.

Ofc man plans and god laughs, and it started drizzling the moment we arrived to the hike. We think “okay, we’re already here, it’ll probabaly stop in a few minutes, the weather report is clear, yada yada.”

Joke was on us because when we made it to the top of the mountain, that light drizzle became a torrential downpour. Everyone was in disbelief, and then one by one, girls started jumping in the waterfall - and that was all I needed to see to turn my exasperation into pure, child-like joy. I gave myself a pep talk, took a few deep breaths and jumped in too (it was actually warmer in the water lol.) The experience was surreal.

One of my intentions for this year was to release myself from the need of having a perfect life and embrace the abundance of what is. Your mind will offer you a thousand alternative scenarios to how the present moment could be more “perfect” - it’s on YOU to choose where your focus goes.

My greatest intention and hope is to make as many memories as possible that make me smile as big and laugh as hard and this one does. Grateful for Mother Earth and her sense of humor and for the girls that made it down the mountain with me 🌧️🥹

If you obsess over whether you are making the right decision (a habit I’ve been trying to break for basically a decade hehe), you are basically subscribing to the assumption that the universe will reward you for following one path and punish you for choosing another. The good news is that the universe has no fixed agenda and following your intuition is a muscle that strengthens as you flex it 🫳🏼

Once you make any decision, the rest works around that. There is no right or wrong, only possibilities that shift with each thought, feeling, and action that you experience. Take a step toward and the rest will work itself out (there’s literally no other choice…)👣

You do you & life will life - it was always going to anyway.
