a year of unlocking new levels of messy expansion 🔓 abundance at its finest

moments from my favorites album that captured me feeling my most raw, connected to my purpose and alive in 2025 🌀

this was the year of LEAPING - literally leaping headfirst into future timelines, leveling up energetically and all the mess that comes with that, setting boundaries with myself, breaking them and setting more, travel that became core memories, and learning what happens when I lead from trust, love, abundance vs, fear and lack. and more snorkeling than I could have imagines for hatch I am forever grateful!!

living your truth is worth it all. what a gift and what a blessing.

If you obsess over whether you are making the right decision (a habit I’ve been trying to break for basically a decade hehe), you are basically subscribing to the assumption that the universe will reward you for following one path and punish you for choosing another. The good news is that the universe has no fixed agenda and following your intuition is a muscle that strengthens as you flex it 🫳🏼

Once you make any decision, the rest works around that. There is no right or wrong, only possibilities that shift with each thought, feeling, and action that you experience. Take a step toward and the rest will work itself out (there’s literally no other choice…)👣

You do you & life will life - it was always going to anyway.

Wild that I just brought my biggest, shoot-for-the-stars, scared-to-say-it dream to life for the second time in six months (w/ my co-captain ofc). Wild that these retreats are proof that limiting beliefs start & end in our own minds (don’t believe them!!!)

Wild how glamorized being your own boss is but how sweeeeet it is to taste the fruits of working your ass off to walk your own path and live your dharma. Wild how feeling “successful” depends literally only on your own definition of success.

Leading retreats in stunning off-the-grid corners of this earth was THE THING I was scared to admit to myself I even wanted to do for so long because I truly believed there was a 0% chance I was capable of making it happen.

Whatever your soul has been trying to convince you to do that your ego insists is too scary to try - trust it. Your mind will offer you a thousand disaster scenarios, reasons you aren’t ready yet, and ways you could end up embarrassing yourself - it’s on us to decide if it’s worth it to let that dictate our actions or to hop on the wave and ride it anyways.

These retreats were born from pure passion & a die-hard belief in the power of movement, nature, and immersing in self-love & sisterhood. A space created to return to the part of you that feels at home in your body & like the true creator of your own energy.

Unity Yoga Retreat was daily portals of movement, connection, adventure and life force energy. Girlhood in nature and a wild sense of sisterhood. So much laughter. Surrendering to mother earth and all her elements. Healing and release 🫳🏼

My heart is so full it feels permanently stretched. My trust in self & life, deepened. My cheeks, achey from laughing. My soul, nourished and utterly honored to have held this space.

Thank you girls for your trust and everything that you are, and especially for showing up brave and bare and silly and fully you.

Here are a few of my favorite moments from the journey - special thanks to for co-creating, believing in and igniting this dream with me, to for capturing this magic, and to for being a true home as always.
