Specialized in Deep tissue massage,Sport massage&Holistic massage

Yudith is a Certified Massage Therapist located in Tel Aviv. She completed her two-year Massage Therapy study at Reidman College in Tel Aviv - College for Complementary and Integrative Medicine. Yudith is specialized in Deep Tissue Massage, which she studied with Deep Tissue master Tabor Damari. Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that is mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as tensed muscles and (sports) injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue. It also promotes faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.

Massage promotion - Last week!

Hi all 🩷 I wanted to let everyone know that this is my last week that i give 20 percent discount for all 60 min massage treatments.
240 nis instead of 300 nis.

For everyone that didnt meet me, Im Yudith, 38y old, and i made aliyah from Holland 11 years ago. After finishing two university degrees and years of working in bizdev, i followed my passion and went back to school in order to become a certified massage therapist.

Since 7 years I have been working as a massage therapist in TLV center. I studied two years Massage therapy at Reidman college for complementary medicine in Tel Aviv. I feel blessed that throughout the years I got the opportunity to treat thousands of people 🙌

I specialize in Deep Tissue massage for the release of tensed muscles and (chronic) pain. The treatment suits very well for people that have office jobs or work out a lot. The treatment is focusing on the release of the deeper layers of tissue and therefore gives a deeper release. The treatment focuses on specific area's of the body that need extra care.
Other than that I also offer Classic Swedish massage (Spa massage). This massage focuses on relaxation, breathing and the release of physical and emotional tension. Its a full body massage, feom the feet till the head.

Massage Therapy Tel Aviv

My name is Yudith and I am originally from Holland. I grew up in a small town in the South of Holland close to the forest with an Israeli father and a Dutch Jewish mother. After graduating from high school i moved to Amsterdam where I went to University and after finishig my BSc. and MSc. in Communication Science, I moved to Israel 7 years ago. During my student years in Holland I worked as a caregiver for eldery, which I truly loved. I always knew in the back of my mind that my true passion is helping people and that I want to make a big change in the world. I always was true passionate about health and nutrition but it wasn’t the right time yet for big changes...... After being in Israel for 3 years already, I still found myself non-challinging jobs where I was very unhappy and not at all alligned with my true soul purpose of helping others. I decided to start an online study to become an health coach. And what happened then was a series of events ‘planned from above’ which changed my whole path.

It was hard to understand for a rational person who was disconnected from her heart space. Long story short, I went back to school again to study Naturopathy - Natural Medicine and besides that I also started studying Massage Therapy simultaniously. Naturopathy believes that we humans have the ability to heal ourselves from diseases and avoid diseases with everything nature gave us - Natural nutrition and herbal medicine.

Diseases can occur when we are out of balance.. We are Body, Mind & Soul and if we don’t take care of ourselves, we can get sick. Massage Therapy is a powerful tool to bring the body and mind back in balance. In our busy lifes it is very easy to forget that self-care is not a luxury, but a must. The long hours most of us sit in front of a computer contribute to muscle tension and pain. The hectic city life most of us experience in Tel Aviv can bring us lots of fun, but besides that also lots of stress, anxiety which causes a lot of neck, back and pelvic pain, and not unimportant to mention, migraines.

I have been there, and sometimes I find myself in this loop of the hectic city life again. It is not easy to completely avoid, we are all human, but for an optimal functioning of our body and mind we have the DUTY to take care of ourselves in the best possible way we can do! We need to treat our body as a temple and and not only care for it when we are sick.
