שד טבולרי הוא וריאציה התפתחותית יחסית שכיחה, שבה בסיס השד צר והקוטב התחתון פחות מפותח.

בניתוח לתיקון המצב משחררים את הרקמות, מעצבים מחדש את מעטפת השד, ובמקרים רבים משלבים שתל והרמה (pexy) כדי ליצור מבנה מאוזן וטבעי.

במקרה זה, נוסף לתיקון המבנה, הושם דגש גם על יצירת דקולטה מלא – בהתאם לבקשת המטופלת.

התוצאה לאחר 3 חודשים: פרופורציה הרמונית ומראה יציב.

A tuberous breast is a relatively common developmental variation, characterized by a narrow base and an underdeveloped lower pole.

Correction surgery includes releasing the tissues, reshaping the breast envelope, and often combining an implant with a lift (pexy) to restore balance and natural shape.

In this case, beyond correcting the structure, a high-profile implant was chosen to create a fuller décolleté, as requested by the patient.

Result at 3 months: harmonious proportions and a stable, natural look.

What will I look like after upper eyelid surgery?”
It’s a question I hear often.
This photo was taken about a week post-op, just after suture removal.
You can see a few small bruises—nothing dramatic, and quite typical at this stage.
Recovery looks a little different for everyone. Some patients bruise more, others less—but by the end of the first week, most are already starting to look more refreshed, even as healing continues.
