I came back home yesterday from the recent 3-day psychodrama conference in Vilnius which was a testament to the power of community and care within the field. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality, setting a tone of inclusivity and support. The conference, though modest in scale, radiated a strong sense of belonging and mutual respect among participants. Sessions were thoughtfully organized, fostering deep connections and meaningful exchanges. The atmosphere was both nurturing and intellectually stimulating, allowing for personal and professional growth. The organizers', head by Aurelija Rakstyte the conference chair, and her volontiers, dedication to creating a safe and engaging environment which was was evident in every detail, from the thoughtfully arranged workshops to the open, empathetic discussions. Attendees left feeling not only enriched by the knowledge shared but also embraced by the collective spirit of care and understanding that defined the event. The conference highlighted the profound impact of compassion and attention to detail in creating a memorable and effective learning experience in this most beautiful city.
