הכירו את קרן בר, שחקנית רוגבי 🏉 בנבחרת ישראל 🇮🇱. קרן נפצעה בשריר התאומים (אובחן קרע משמעותי 🤕) ועברה שיקום אינטנסיבי במומנטום פיזיותרפיה עם סוניה 🦸‍♀️

ביחד הן בנו תוכנית אימון שהתמקדה על חיזוק שרירי פלג גוף תחתון 🏋️‍♀️ וחזרה הדרגתית לקפיצות, ריצות ושינויי כיוון 🏃‍♀️

This is Keren Bar, a rugby player 🏉 in Israel's National Team 🇮🇱. Keren injured herself (diagnosed with a significant calf tear 🤕) and underwent intensive rehab at Momentum Physiotherapy with Sonja 🦸‍♀️

Together they built a training program which focused on lower limb strength 🏋️‍♀️ and a gradual return to jumping, running and changes of direction 🏃‍♀️
