I grew up in Switzerland where I discovered Yoga in 2011. I now live in Tel Aviv and love everything the city has to offer. After studying law in Switzerland, I am now a certified yoga instructor for Vinyasa Yoga. I enjoy inspiring others to improve their lifestyles and well-being and use yoga as a tool to enhance mental and physical health.
