When 'Sharav' hits Tel Aviv, visibility is low and the sky can get colored gray and orange from all the dust in the air, carried in from the south and south-east, from as far as from the Sahara desert. 'Sharav' is a hot dry desert wind and it typically occurs in the spring or early summer - which is arguably the best season in Tel Aviv, aside from those few days of 'Sharav'.

Nurse/Clinic Administrator to join our small and highly professional Tel Aviv Doctor team.

Job description and requirements:

- Registered Nurse, able to work in Israel.

- Assist in the daily management of the clinic operations.

- Take blood samples, coordinate with laboratories, perform certain nursing procedures.

- Sterilize medical equipment.

- Manage and triage patient phone and email inquiries; direct emergencies to medical staff, provide information on clinic services, schedule appointments, and manage patient intake.

-Support medical staff in various aspects of patient care: arranging tests, specialist appointments and documenting medical care.

- Assist our doctors with various tasks and projects.

- Develop and maintain filing/organizational systems.

- Maintain clinic inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing orders and verifying receipts.

- High level English. High level of Hebrew (speaking, reading, typing). Other languages are a plus!

- Ability to multi-task under pressure.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Task oriented.

- Creative and resourceful problem solving.

- Strong: verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills.

- Personable, professional, responsible, team player.

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably).

Available to work 9:00-17:00 3-4 days a week (Sunday-Thursday), with flexibility.

This is a fulltime position and we are expecting a 1 year commitment with potential for advancement.
