Hello friends!! I wanted to thank again and again for everyone who send love, kindness, support and contributions to my family who was affected by the floods in Brazil this last May. It’s been a journey for them but with the help from all of you today they are returning home. We were able to rebuild their homes and get them the essentials to move back. From towels, sheets, beds, fridges, washer to boilers and AC units. We couldn’t have done it without. Thank you so much. I’m very grateful to all of you. Lots of love. 🩵🤍😘🙏🏽

I’d like to take a moment and speak for all the women who can’t or choose not to speak for themselves and their kind. Your silence speaks louder than words. I feel for you. In one way or another a lot of women are prisoners. Some of us are s*xual prisoners in s*x trafficking and arranged marriages, some of us are war and hate prisoners as the Israelis in Gaza, some of us are prisoners of programmed ancestral hate as a lot of the Palestinian women. Some are prisoners of greed and control as the women in Ukraine. Others are prisoners of outdated cultural rules as many in African countries. Some are prisoners of society, living by the truths of other women and man. But the worse prison a woman can face it’s self-imprisonment. It’s challenging to speak for every woman on the face of the planet and it’s unfair to ask anyone to stand up for every woman out there. So stand up for yourself and and speak your truth in every minute of each day regardless of how others will take it. A world with more spoken truth can stir the pot and potentially eliminate the need for hiding. Don’t be hypocritical and safe with your words and actions. When we defend only our causes without considering someone else’s right to defend and fight for their own we become prisoners of separation. At the end of the day we are all one. And as we go between light and darkness so do others. It’s not about deserving pain it’s about showing and acting upon the light that we make changes. It’s facing hate and making a choice to end it in whichever way suits in the moment. Whether if it’s to change your perception or neutralize the other with a stand and sometimes destruction. Be aware of the people and causes you stand for as manipulation is the most dangerous weapon in our reality. A woman has the powerful tool to identify manipulation, we have easy access to our intuition but it can only be accessed if we stand in our truth. And not our mothers’, friends’ and leaders’.
Today I choose to send love and celebrate every woman that for one reason or another cannot stand in their truth and fight for themselves. Continues in first comment…
