What is Fiterman’s?
קוראים לי עידן פיטרמן, וזה שירות המאפים שלי. אני אופה עצמאי אוטודידקט, ובמקרה גם טבעוני. אבל אל תיבהלו, טבעונות זו לא מילה גסה. אני לא כאן לחנך או להטיף, רק להראות שטבעונות לא בהכרח אומרת בריאות ותזונה מאוזנת, אלא יכולה להיות לא פחות מושחתת ונהנתנית מכל מאפה עתיר חמאה וביצים. אפשר ליצור איתי קשר ולהזמין ממבחר רחב של מוצרים, או לטעום ממאפיי במספר בתי קפה ברחבי תל אביב: קפה רגע (שנקין 57) וקפה אדמונד (אלנבי 97). ⦁ ⦁ ⦁ My name is Edan Fiterman, and this is my baked goods service. I am a self-taught independent baker, and also happen to be vegan. But do not panic, veganism is not a dirty word. I'm not here to educate or preach, just to show that veganism does not necessarily mean healthy and balanced nutrition, but can be no less decadent and indulgent than any butter and egg enriched pastry. You can contact me and order from a wide range of products, or sample some of my products at several coffee shops around Tel Aviv: Rega Cafe (Shenkin 57) and Edmund Coffee (Allenby 97).
