Greetings
In a world as loud as ours, it can be difficult to remain grounded - connected to your deepest self and the people and things that better you. Everyone deserves the experience of balance, calm and purpose in this one life, and now more than ever is a time to explore how to get closer to that place. My name is Adir and I am a therapist in Tel Aviv. As a native English speaker, I am working with Olim Chadashim and individuals who could benefit from full expression in their mother tongue. In addition to the mental health needs we all have, it is crucial to also explore ways to better one's physical, emotional, social and spiritual well being. Areas of specialty in practice include development of emotional regulation and mindfulness, weight loss and reconnecting with the body, relationship therapy, spiritual and cultural identity, exploration and confrontation of childhood trauma, depression and anxiety. I am also seasoned in work with teens and adolescents. Happily, I am now taking on new clients at The Clinic on Levontin, a beautiful and comforting space overlooking a local park. Please note, there is newly added flexibility for individuals suffering economically from the Covid-19 pandemic. Finding the right therapist can be a process, and a true connection is important and worth the effort. If you or someone you care about might benefit from exploring creative talk therapy, I welcome you to reach out to me by email, message or phone so we can set up a time to chat and make sure it is the right fit! (A bit about me!) I hold a Masters in Clinical Social Work from the Hunter College Silberman School of Social Work in NYC and am thrilled to be back in Israel. I look forward to meeting you.
