2016!!!
That year was a dream. One of the most beautiful and happiest years of my life.

I married the love of my life. TWICE.
To an amazing, loving, and supportive man.
Once in paradise โ€” a place where, just a few years earlier, I was dreaming of simply having breakfast one day. Instead, we had our wedding there, rented half of their villas, and spent three unforgettable days surrounded by so many people I love. (I meanโ€ฆ gotta level up the dream ๐Ÿ˜Œ)

That year we also traveled a lot!!! Like most years after that. Because seeing the beauty of this earth and meeting people from different countries is something Iโ€™m completely addicted to.

I was โ€œonlyโ€ a dog mom back then, but she taught me how much love my heart could hold.

That year, I quit the spa, grew my massage therapy business, and started a company with a colleague, bringing massage into the office world.

It was a year of extravagance and big projects, but also the beginning of living a life aligned with my values and true to myself.
Itโ€™s the year I truly began to heal, and to be genuinely happy. โœจ

Haha, I go for massage because my body hurts from massaging people ๐Ÿ˜… and for professional development ๐Ÿคญbut I go for many more reasons than pain relief or relaxation.

On a biological level, it boosts circulation, helps the lymph/immune system do its cleanup, supports recovery, digestion, and sleep, and reminds the body how to shift out of โ€œfight-or-flight.โ€
