Ramat Gan Therapy

Ramat Gan Therapy I offer individual psychotherapy with a Jungian orientation, that is grounded in the understanding t To heal the mind, one must also heal the body and soul.

The journey to inner peace awaits you...

I offer individual therapy with a Jungian orientation, that is grounded in the understanding that the mind, body and soul are interconnected. To that end, I have earned degrees in various disciplines, and combine this knowledge in tailoring unique therapy sessions for each client. Born in the United States, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in psychology from M

iami University. In 2010, I moved to Israel, where I received a Master’s in Social Work: Crisis and Trauma Studies from Tel Aviv University. I am also a Yoga Alliance International-certified Ashtanga-Vinyasa instructor, and have studied breathing and meditation techniques extensively. I have also continued to advanced graduate work at Seminar Hakibbutizim in Jungian Psychotherapy. I tailor each session to individual clients, including talking therapy, dream analysis, art, yoga, meditation, & behavioral techniques.

“I” statements empower us and strengthen our sense of self. They highlight and give space to our inner-experience and ask us to connect, on a deeper level, to what we are feeling -- they require that we turn inward so that ultimately we can grow, develop and shine outwards.
