Take me back to the fun, learning new skills, dancing, kicking, spinning, floating, moving, absorbing & inspired to what’s coming, what’s new moving forward & always fun connecting with other fitness enthusiasts!! The vibe is so high from all the endorphins which makes it even more fun !

As a busy mom of 5 and a fitness + health coach, this might sound super unbelievable to you but…

I used to be a chronic dieter, obsessed with “fixing” my body.
I believed being smaller meant being better. I measured success by numbers — pounds lost, inches gone. 😔

Yes! It sounds crazy!

But that all-or-nothing mindset? That obsession with perfection?
It brought me burnout. It brought me shame.
And it helped me realize: This isn’t health. This isn’t freedom.

Because fitness isn’t a punishment.
It’s a gift.
A celebration of what your body can do.

Now I move to feel good — not to burn off last night’s meal.
Now I eat to nourish — not to restrict.
Now I coach women to build a lifestyle they actually enjoy.

This helps me lead with empathy, compassion, and joy — & to guide you with real strategies that stick.

So right now, if you’re feeling stuck in the cycle of dieting, body shame, or burnout…

This is your reminder:
You are not broken. You don’t need fixing.
