🔥 PachaWaka – A Shamanic Tribal Dance Journey 🔥

PachaWaka is a dance of awakening.

It’s a sacred journey through rhythm, presence, and the energy of the tribe.
As we move together—barefoot on sacred ground—our bodies become alive with intention and power.

🌱 1st Chakra – Root
We ground ourselves deeply, awakening our primal energy.
Safety, vitality, and presence rise from the earth into our bodies. We warm up.

💚 4th Chakra – Heart
We open to love—giving, receiving, and expanding.
Every beat invites deeper connection with self and with others, with heart center.

🌀 6th Chakra – Third Eye
Our vision clears.
We dance into our intuition, insight, and inner knowing.
A portal to expanded consciousness opens.

Just as Joe Dispenza teaches: when these energy centers align, the body becomes a vessel of transformation—fueled by intention, emotion, and movement.

Jim Henson has always felt like a special spirit to me—a true magician of the heart. The way he brought characters to life with such warmth, humor, and depth was true genius. He created puppets, and worlds where wonder, kindness, and curiosity lived. His work continues to remind me that imagination is sacred, and that joy and meaning can beautifully coexist.

✨ What’s the difference between PachaWaka and Ecstatic Dance with live music? ✨

Both are magical ways to move your body, free your spirit, and feel alive. But they hold a slightly different vibe…

🌿 PachaWaka – A Tribal Dance Journey
This is different than a dance floor with live music—it’s a carefully guided journey.
We begin with background music and live musicians weaving into it, as we warm up the body and open the space together.

Then, the rhythm rises…
🔥 In the middle of the journey, the musicians take over fully with live tribal beats—drums, didgeridoo, voices, earthy sounds—to awaken our primal, collective energy.

As we move toward the last wave, there’s another guided section with deep tribal-inspired background music, leading into a softer space…

🌌 And in the final chapter, we all lie down for a live healing sound journey, letting the vibrations wash over us, melting into stillness.

Finally, we close the night together with chanting, our voices united as one tribe.

It’s a ceremony, a celebration, a shared transformation..... a sacred arc of energy.

🎶 Ecstatic Dance with live music, on the other hand, is more like a free playground... The musicians or DJ create a sonic landscape, and you explore it however you wish—beautiful, and without the journey as collective tribal rituals.

💫 Both are beautiful! One is a tribal ceremony, the other is pure freestyle.

I have to say—last week’s Earth KoDance was powerful. 🔥💃Shivari was buzzing—feet pounding, hearts wide open—we were channeling the island’s very essence! If Koh Phangan had a heartbeat (which, honestly, I think it does!) we could hear it pulsing through the dance floor. Grounded. Strong. Unshakable.
