A beautiful transformation story 🙏✨

At Gorkanath Yoga Arogya Niketan (GYAN), one of our students joined us feeling low in energy and weakness, struggling with digestive issues like indigestion, acid reflux, bloating, gas, and acidity.

With regular yoga practice, proper guidance, and discipline, today he feels fresh, energetic, and stronger than before. His digestion has improved, food is digesting properly, and his overall health has significantly improved.

This is the true power of yoga — healing from within and restoring balance naturally. đŸŒŋ💚

Transformations like these inspire us every day.
One of our students joined Gorakhnath Yoga Arogya Niketan (GYAN) with multiple health concerns — High Blood Pressure, Knee Pain, and Tachycardia (pulse rate above 100).
With just one month of dedicated yoga practice, she experienced remarkable improvements:
â€ĸ Relief from High Blood Pressure
â€ĸ Significant reduction in Knee Pain
â€ĸ Tachycardia resolved — pulse now normal at 81
â€ĸ Overall improvement in health and well-being
She is now feeling much better, healthier, and more energetic.
Yoga is not just exercise — it is healing, balance, and transformation.

Is the Shiva Linga a ph***ic symbol, or is it a cosmic pillar of consciousness? In this comprehensive masterclass, we debunk common misconception.
The true meaning of Shivling has been misunderstood by many. Some wrongly interpret Shivling as a male private part. But what do our Darshan Shastras and Puranas actually say?
In this video, I explain the real philosophical and scriptural meaning of Shivling using references from:
â€ĸ Sankhya Darshan
â€ĸ Nyaya Darshan
â€ĸ Vaisheshika Darshan
â€ĸ Linga Mahapurana
â€ĸ Shiva Mahapurana
â€ĸ Vamana Purana
Shivling represents:
â€ĸ Nirakar (Formless)
â€ĸ Nirvikar (Changeless)
â€ĸ Nishkal (Without parts)
â€ĸ Paramatma / Brahman / Absolute Truth
As per Sankhya, it also symbolizes the union of:
Purusha (Pure Consciousness)
Prakriti (Creative Energy / Shakti)
In Linga Mahapurana, Shiva appeared as the endless Agni Stambha — that infinite column of light is the Linga.
Even in Vamana Purana, the word Linga is used for Devi Saraswati, proving that Linga does NOT mean phallus.
This video is a scriptural and philosophical clarification based on authentic references.
Watch till the end to understand the real truth of Shivling.
