Deviated Nasal Septum and adenoid enlargement was causing repeated nose sinus and ear infections in a 17 years old boy. He had practically become dull because of hearing impairment and adenoid facies with mouth breathing etc. We surgically corrected the problem in AGMC. This lady had recurrent tonsil gland infection and abscess formation in the throat. We did microscopic tonsillectomy with Electrocautery , a novel technique with good outcome. Both her tonsil glands were removed safely at AGMC

Dear friends please avoid multiple piercings of the ear and nose because the head and neck region is prone to excessive scarring and causing ugly keloids or scars which may really deform your ears or nose.
Here is a young lady who underwent auriculoplasty for removing a large Keloid from her right ear which developed following ear piercing.

Cholesteatoma of the ear is a sort of ear destroying disease in which patient may succumb in case it's too late. It's the skin of the external ear which grows towards the middle ear in a case of long neglected ear drum perforation and ear infection. It literally destroys all bone and can not only cause severe deafness and disability but also cause life threatening brain infections.
Microsurgery or mastoidectomy is the only solution and today we just did that in GBP Hospital.

Attending a reputed Allergy Immunology Workshop in Bengaluru and our group won the first prize for the quiz.
Excessive sneezing , itching and asthma and wheezing are possibly curable by immunotherapy only. Allergy otherwise can only be controlled with medicines but not cured.
