This is a 2yr old boy referred from a different state to Tripura medical college and Dr BRAM teaching hospital as an emergency case with huge abdominal distension and multiple episodes of vomiting ….on imaging studies including CECT (w/a) …suggests sigmoid Volvulus …but intra-op it turned out to be totally a different case ( congenital anomaly)…guess the pathology!!!…[the pathology was undiagnosed till he reached TMC]….
