A 2yrs old boy with h/o chronic discharging umbilicus..was managed conservatively( as a case of omphalitis or umbilical sinus)...but everytime it recurs after (2-3)wks time.....lastly they attended my OPD....IT WAS TOTALLY A DIFFERENT CASE !!!
