Late posting, completed the case almost before 2weeks...
Here patient's 2 front were missing and 2front teeth were already mobile .
We removed the mobile teeth and have done intentional RCT in her lower canines and 1st Premolar of both the sides...
Lastly we have placed a Dental Bridge (PFM) to replace her missing teeth,we have used 4of her RC treated teeth as abudments ....
